THUMP.

THUMP.

Heavy boots stomping against the TVA's floors, echoed off the walls. Filling the air. A cluster of minutemen surrounded Sarah Kane, as she was being escorted out of the time door where she had been found and captured on Lamentis-1 alongside Loki and Sylvie. The soles of her shoes scuffed against the floor, as two minutemen held her up by each arm. Dragging her. Ensuring that even with the power dampening cuffs they had placed on her wrists, she couldn't try to make her escape or cause any damage. But, that didn't stop her from trying to make some sort of attempt to free herself from their grasp.

Her legs kicked and kicked. She flailed her arms with what strength she had.

But in the end, it was no use.

She didn't have the power or strength. So instead, all she could do was cry out for help for someone to hear. "Please! Please let me go!"

But, nothing. No response, not even a glance to acknowledge her. The minutemen, simply tightened their grip on her arms. Proceeded to keep dragging her down the hallways, with not even a single hint of sympathy.

"Please! I'm innocent! I didn't do anything wrong!" She exclaimed.

They had thought that she was just like the rest of them. The variants.

That she was the enemy.

But, it wasn't true. She was not the enemy here. She was only their enemy, because it's what they were forced to believe.

These people. Men and woman. They were all brainwashed. To obey the sacred timeline. Do their jobs. Show no mercy. They didn't know what she knew. Didn't know the harsh reality, that was the truth.

That the TVA was all a lie.

That they themselves were not created by the timekeepers. But, variants themselves.

People. Ordinary people. Who were kidnapped from their timelines, their homes, and their families.

Lives stolen from them.

"Please! You don't understand! The TVA is all a lie!" She tried to explain.

She knew it was worthless.

They wouldn't listen to her. Wouldn't bother to care what she had to stay. But, that wasn't going to stop her.

Herself. Loki. Sylvie. They were only ones who knew what was really happening here. The TVA's only hope at finding out the truth. They were the only ones who could free them.

Expose the lies and secrets.

Even if they didn't listen to her, even if she might die? She would still try to get through.

To someone, anyone if she could.

"Let go of me! Please!" She continued crying. "Please! I'm begging you! You have to listen to me!"

Again, nothing.

They continued dragging her down the hall. Completely ignoring her.

"It's all lies! They're lying to you!"

She kept kicking.

"Please! Please! You don't understand!" She continued.

CREAK.

THUD.

The sound of large doors opening, startled Sarah. Making her flinch.
