"Lace. Lacey. Laceter."

"Dude, stop. I'm trying to study," I huffed, scolding Aiden.

He got up from laying down on my bed and squatted down next to me, looking at my desk full of papers, notes, and textbooks.

"Seriously?" He raised an eyebrow, smirking.

"I don't want to fail finals," I glared at him.

"Why can't you just take a little break?" He asked massaging my shoulders.

I turned to look at him.

"No."

"Babeeee," he whined.

"Nope," I shook my head, putting my attention back on my flash cards.

"Can I at least get a kiss?" He asked.

I hesitated but eventually gave in, turning in my chair.

"Yay," he cheered before planting his lips on to mine.

Just as I thought it was going to be a peck, Aiden deepened the kiss.

He lifted me off my chair and laid me down on my bed. His hands found themselves at the hem of my shirt.

I laughed, pulling away," Aiden, please just let me study."

"It was the worst idea to let you come over," I joked, getting up and sitting back down on my chair.

He collapsed on to my bed," thanks, wonderful girlfriend. You got me all hot and bothered."

"You're welcome," I smiled.

"Here, how bout I help you by testing you with the flash cards? Or whatever you do with the flash cards?" Aiden suggested.

"Aiden actually attempting to do something associated with school?" I asked, one eyebrow cocked.

"If you won't let me do what I want to do, then might as well do what you want," he sighed.

"Hm," I eyed him," fine."

"What?"

"I'll let you test me." I answered.

"Oh.."

"Why?" I laughed," did you not think I was going to let you?"

"Yeah. I was kidding, but okay," he frowned as I got up and sat in front of him on the bed, handing him my flash cards.

We studied all night until we eventually fell asleep as we reviewed everything.

*the next day*

"Are you ready for the test in Bio?" Danny asked as we walked the

"Of course," I chuckled," last night, Aiden actually helped me study by testing me with my flash cards."

"Aiden?" He asked, as if he didn't believe me.

I nodded," yup."

"... Aiden aiden? Or a different Aiden?"

"Our Aiden," I laughed.

"No way. Dude."

"What?" I questioned.

"He hates school. He would never actually attempt to actually do good for any academic class."

I shrugged.

"He loves you." Danny stated.

I looked down at my feet," uhm, he hasn't said it yet."

"Well, just because he hasn't said it doesn't mean he doesn't feel it. You do stupid things and things that you wouldn't usually do for the people you love."

My cheeks started to feel warm," yeah, I guess."

"Lace, stop denying it. It's true," he said, sternly," I'm always right."

I couldn't help but smile as we entered Biology.

Which Aiden happened to be in too.

He smiled as he spotted us coming in," hey."

"Hi," I returned the gesture.

Danny sat on my right while I sat next to Aiden.

"As you guys have been told, the finals for this class will be today. You will be given the test and in the next 45 minutes, you will answer as many questions as you can. Keep your eyes on your paper and good luck. You may start the test once you have your copy."

"You got this, babe." Aiden whispered, shooting me a quick thumbs up.

I laughed at how he didn't even care about himself," good luck!"

After class, Danny, Aiden and I met outside.

"That test was intense," Danny huffed.

"It was crazy. I didn't even finish," Aiden complained.

"I finished 15-20 minutes before but pretended to look over it until the first person turned theirs in first," I admitted.

"WHAT?"

I nodded," sorry?"

They laughed and Aiden rubbed my back," God, I love you."

My eyes shot wide open and from the side of my eye, I saw Danny smirking.
