I had just exited my mom's car and headed towards the hallway where the pack always met up in the morning. [im in me mums cah broom broom]

Today, I wasn't in the mood for anything because I'd been studying all night, only getting a few hours of sleep.

I slouched through the hallway until I found the group talking near my locker.

"Hey, look it's- woah, did you just get hit by a train?" Stiles asked.

I glared at him as everyone laughed.

"I literally got 4 hours of sleep last night because I was up studying," I groaned.

"I like your outfit," Liam commented, a small smile on his face.

I raised an eyebrow at him before smiling," really, Liam? I'm literally wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt."

"Well I still like it," Liam laughed, causing me to do the same.

Everyone began to whisper towards each other.

"OH YEAH! TODAY IS THE DAY!" Stiles spoke loudly.

"Stiles, shut up," Malia punched him in the arm.

"Ow, sorry," he rubbed his arm.

"What's today the day for?" I asked, confused.

"I- uh- Stiles said today is the day because they're selling tacos at the cafeteria," Lydia spoke up.

"Yeeahh, okay," I said, not buying it.

"I thought they only sold tacos on the last Tuesday's of the month," Kira stated.

"Kira," Scott nudged her, signaling her to not," they decided to sell them today since everyone's been asking for them."

"Guys, I can tell something's up but since I can also tell that none of your are gonna speak up, I'm leaving," I said," let's go Liam."

Liam looked at everyone quickly before I pulled him along with me towards our next class that we had together.

I hugged Liam's arm tightly," ugh I'm so tired."

"Don't worry, it's Friday anyway," Liam laughed.

"Yeah I guess," I sighed," so do you know what's up with the pack?"

"Nope," he shook his head," I was just as confused as you were."

"That sucks. I hate when people keep secrets from me," I pouted.

"I know," he said," I guess we'll find out sooner or later though."

Liam and I had always been close. Everyone thought we were dating because of how we acted towards each other. I'd have to admit, I've had a major crush on him for the longest time, but I was sure he'd never thought of me being more than a friend.

We entered our history classroom and separated, moving towards our desks.

The bell rang and class begun.

"Hey guys, so today we're going to be taking notes that we'll be using next week on Monday for an activity I have planned," our teacher, Mr. Lin announced," so take out your notebooks and we'll start as soon as most of you are ready."

I shifted to the side and grabbed my notebook and pencil out, then waiting for everyone to get ready as well.

"As you know, we just finished our chapter on West African Empires and now we're going to start our chapter on China."
