INT. FITZSIMMONS DINING ROOM – GABI

The family sits around the dinner table. The food is untouched. Tommy stares at his plate, silent. His parents exchange a glance—concerned, waiting.

MR. FITZSIMMONS mahinahon
“Anak… okay ka lang ba talaga sa school?”

Tommy doesn’t answer at first. Then, slowly, he puts down his spoon. His voice is small, trembling.

TOMMY
“Hindi po okay…”

His mother leans forward, heart sinking.

MRS. FITZSIMMONS
“Anong ibig mong sabihin, anak?”

Tommy’s eyes well up. He clutches Teddy tightly to his chest.

TOMMY
“Binubully po ako… araw-araw. Si Jared… tinapon niya si Teddy. Tinawanan nila ako. Sabi nila baby ako. Wala akong kaibigan…”

Silence. Heavy. His parents freeze—shocked, then shattered.

MR. FITZSIMMONS galit na pigil
“Bakit ngayon mo lang sinabi?”

TOMMY umiiyak
“Akala ko… kaya ko. Pero masakit po. Ayoko na pumasok.”

His mother kneels beside him, wrapping him in a tight embrace.

MRS. FITZSIMMONS naiiyak
“Pasensya ka na, anak… hindi namin agad napansin. Hindi mo deserve ‘to.”

His father joins them, placing a hand on Tommy’s back.

MR. FITZSIMMONS
“Hindi ka nag-iisa. Gagawa tayo ng paraan. Hindi ka na masasaktan ulit.”

Teddy’s red eye glows faintly. Inside his system, the emotional spike is recorded. A new directive forms:

TEDDY internal voice
“Pain confirmed. Protection priority: elevated.”

INT. TOMMY’S BEDROOM – LATER THAT NIGHT

Tommy sleeps between his parents, safe for now. Teddy sits at the foot of the bed, upright. Watching.

His red eye pulses once.
Then again.
Then steady.

FADE TO BLACK.
