This is for Nelzers again I'm so so sorry you've been waiting patiently and I feel horrible.

Neil and Frodo are online

Frodo: Neli my love are you ready?

Neli: of course! Where are we going?

Frodo: it's a surprise!

Neli was soon blindfolded as she was led to the docks of the river in the shire. She was in a boat as Merry and Pippin began to row dressed in their finest tuxes.

Neli: can I open now?

Frodo: yes you can.  *smiles*

Merry: hello my lady-

Pippin: hello dear hobbit!

Merry/Pippin: We're Merry and Pippin! At your service!

Neli: what fine service!

They began to eat as they laughed and talked. Neli and Frodo had been dating for some time and Neli was hoping he would pop the question.

Frodo: Neli?

Neli: yes? (This is it!)

Frodo: will you.....

Neli: O_O

Frodo: pass the salt please?

Neli: *frowns* oh....

Frodo: *laughs* I'm kidding!

Merry: *brings cupcake with a ring on it.

Gollum: MA PRECIOUS! *eats it* NOMNOM

Pippin: wrong one! *gives right one*

Frodo:  Neli, I have known you for some time and I have had the privilege of courting you and I want it to be something more. I love you, your amazing and perfectly perfect in every way. Will you marry me?

Neli: YES! *kisses and puts on ring*

Merry: congrats! If you will follow me to the top level-

Neli: what is this a yacht?

Pippin: shires finest!

Up on the top level stood the piano guys as they began to play All of Me by John Legend

Frodo: may I have this dance?

Neli: of course!

They began to waltz around the room and they didn't care if people stared they loved it they were madly in love and always would be.  Afterwards they sat on the ledge with Neli on Frodos shoulder and his arms wrapped around her. Soon Neli was asleep.

Frodo: I love you Neli.*kisses*

And love it truly was.
