Imagine 4 (last one)

You were sitting out in the Meadow thinking hard about your decisions. Suddenly you heard footsteps as you saw Merry coming forward.

"Hi." You said shyly and cautiously not knowing what to say.

"Hi."  He returned the cautious smile but it suddenly turned serious when he noticed your faraway gaze. "Are you okay?" He asked sitting beside you.

"It's just a big decision that's all."

He wrapped an arm around you pulling you close.  "I understand why you did what you did.  I know it's difficult decision and I'll support you no matter what as Long as it makes you happy. "  he stared into your eyes as your heart jumped in your throat.  He broke the stars by slowly getting up. "Farewell. Y/N"

"Farewell Merry." You smiled

You decided to walk home where you soon bumped into Frodo and a new girl.

"Hi Frodo." You grinned "who's this?"

"I'm Neli, his girlfriend." She smiled giving a warm smile. Frodo suddenly looked worried as you gave a genuine smile. (Nelzers 😂😂)

"How did you guys meet?"

"We were friends forever and then yesterday I tripped and he caught me and it was love at first sight!" She gushed as you happily grinned for them.

"I'm happy for you!" You grinned as Frodo showed his true smile

"Thank you! Good luck." He smiled as you ran off. You ran to the lake where Merry was fishing.

"MERRY! " you screamed as you ran. He looked quite alarmed but smiled when he saw your smile and he just knew that you chose him.

"Merry!" You yelled again as you tackled him to the ground. "I chose you Merry! Because I love you!" And with that you kissed.

You suddenly heard a high familiar shrill as the both of you groaned knowing who it was. Petunia.

"Should we run?" You asked

"Nah." Merry grinned grabbing your hand. "Let her see I got the most gorgeous girl in the shire."

You nodded happily as she busted through the bushes.

"You!" She hissed "Boyfriend stealer!"

"She is not a boyfriend stealer!"  Merry stood up eyes glowering. "She is my fiancé!" Yours and Petunias mouth dropped open in shock. But you quickly recovered and leaned closer to Merry.

"Really Merry? Do you think a pretty girl like her is going to marry you? You don't even have a ring!"

"I would marry him any day of the week! " you shot back as Merry smiled with pride.

"Besides I do have a ring. A promise ring." Merry grinned. He pulled out a silver band and you happily grinned as he slipped on your finger.

Petunia grumbled and left leaving you two alone.

"You were planning on asking me?" You said with a smile

"Well yeah if you chose me-" he was interrupted with a bear hug from you.

"I wouldn't have it any other way." You grinned. "Now come on! Let's go tell the shire."

And that you did, and soon you came to your parents house where your parents were eating dinner. You opened the door as you walked in confidently

"Guess who is getting married soon?" You smirked with Merry beside you

Your mother let out the loudest shriek probably heard all across the shire and she suddenly hugged you and kissed Merrys face.

And so the two of you got married sharing a double wedding with Frodo and you both lived happily ever after
