I'm back!

----------------------------------------

"W-What?" Joe couldn't help but stammer, he was only sixteen, he couldn't get married. He always saw himself becoming a husband one day and committing himself to the woman he loved but not at the age of sixteen. He did know why Paul would be thinking about them getting married. It's what would happen back in the day but people have baby's all the time now and they aren't together. He just couldn't get married but he didn't know how he was going to convince Paul that it was a bad idea. "O-Okay." Joe's eyes widened when he realised what he had said.

"Glad we're on the same page." Paul patted his back getting up leaving the room. Joe groaned throwing his head back as he ran his fingers through his hair. He didn't want to get married and he knew Demi wouldn't either. He just panicked. Joe got up from the chair making his was out of the room and into the kitchen where Denise and Dianna were chatting over a cup of coffee.

"Honey what's wrong?" Dianna questioned as he slumped down on the chair next to her.

"I need my mommy to sort out my problems." Joe mumbled burying his head in his crossed arms as Dianna rubbed his back gently.

"What's wrong?" Dianna repeated.

"Um Demi's dad wants me and Demi to get married, I kinda panicked and said yes." Joe replied seeing both mother's panicked faces too.

"Paul get in here!" Denise demanded her voice loud it not taking long for Paul to enter the room. "What do you mean by you want Joe and Demi to get married?"

"I mean they get married before the baby comes, there is no way I'm letting this baby be a bastard!" Paul grumbled. "The boy said yes anyway!"

"Because I panicked! I'm only sixteen!" Joe exclaimed only gaining a glare from Paul Joe sinking more in his chair. All the commotion cause Demi to enter the room too wondering what was going on, she stood next to Joe smiling when he took her hand. Denise sighed wrapping her arm around Paul knowing she would have to convince him different.

"Paul Joe and Demi are too young to get married," Joe felt Demi tense up against him but squeezed her hand to keep her calm. "I know what your views are and the circumstances you think a baby should be born in but we can't as the kids to get married this young, clearly they are trying a relationship out and if that works out then good but they aren't ready for marriage yet." Denise tried to convince Paul sighing this time.

"Fine whatever, just don't hurt my daughter." He warned pointing at Joe before leaving the room again clearly not happy with the decision that had been made.

"I already got that talk from Kevin." Joe mumbled making them all laugh.

"Demi just has a lot of men in her life who cares about her don't you." Demi grinned slightly nodding her head gently.

"Just ignore them, you get used to them eventually." They laughed again.

Joe soon had work having to leave, Dianna was going to stay with the Jonas' and Joe would return there to have some sandwiches after work. He turned around as he exited the door after Demi had shown him out, they both leaned in connecting their lips smiling through the kiss the more they got into it. They only pulled away when they heard a voice behind them.

"Ohhhhh!" Demi turned around as Joe looked straight ahead seeing Nick and Frankie laughing at them, Demi shook her head gently.

"Nicholas don't influence Frankie!" Demi lectured the two of them running off.

"And this is why I'm glad I'm an only child," Demi giggled pecking his lips again. "I'll see you later." Demi nodded her head the smile staying on her face.

"Bye Joe." She watched him leave until he was out of view on his bike then closing the door behind her to spend some time with her family.
