I looked up at Ashton, the fear melting away. He's always here when I need him, and I'll be here if he needs me. After a few minutes, ash spoke softly and sweetly. "I think we should shower. We both smell like beer and drool...sorry..." "you're fine ash." I smiled slightly, standing so he could get up. Ash stood, taking my hand in his. He led me over towards a shower, handing me a slightly worn towel. "Sorry it's pretty worn, this is the only one I've got." "That's alright ash, thanks." I smiled at him, and he did the same. "Um...I don't want to be creepy and all, but do you mind if I talk with you when you're in the shower?" I shrugged slightly, still smiling a bit. "Alright. That's not creepy." He giggled a bit, waiting outside of the bathroom. I got undressed, getting in the shower. After I started washing my cold skin, I heard Ashton's voice. "Can I come in now?" "Yep." Hearing footsteps, he walked into the bathroom. I was quickly rinsing myself off while I talked with him. "By the way, don't turn off the water once you're done." I squeezed the water from my hair, replying. "Alright." After managing to get the aroma of beer off, I called out of the shower to let ash know I was getting out. Grabbing the towel, I dried my skin and hair, then threw my clothes on. I sat down where ash was, closing my eyes while he got in. Humming amnesia, I waited while ash showered. We were both talking a bit, my wet hair drying off quickly. About five minutes later, ash said he was finished, so I close my eyes. As I waited for him to get dressed, my thoughts were a train wreck of what I was dreaming.

The only phrase I remember, the one she told me. It never leaves my memory, I wish it would. My memories haunt my mind, wearing me away as each second passes. It's painful, and sometimes I just wish I would fully die. My existence is unexplainable, but one thing makes me happy. Ash. He eases the pain, makes me want to stay another day, helps me through each excruciating moment I'm here. He's just so amazing, I don't ever want to lose him. Ash's sweet voice interrupts my thoughts. "Your good." I opened my eyes, standing up. His hair was damp, skin glistening in the full light. He looks...pretty hot. I was slightly smirking, yet thankfully he didn't notice. Shaking my head slightly, it faded quickly. Ash looked up, smiling. "Come on." He took my hand, leading me upstairs. My god, I've gotten myself into such a mix of emotions, but sometimes that can be a good thing.

I believe it was five in the morning, yet that didn't matter at the moment. Leading her up the steps, we quietly proceeded into the kitchen. I love cooking in the morning, so might as well. Korosu was at my side, her eyes giving off a faint glow. I looked over at her, giggling quietly. "Shhh. Everybody's asleep." She nodded, smiling. Walking into the kitchen, I eventually decided to make biscuits. Korosu and I got to working, quietly speaking. She was kneading dough as I got out flour and a tray. We made hearts because, well, why not? After I slid the tray in, closed the door and set the timer, I just stood with Korosu. She wrapped her arms around my neck as mine snaked around her waist. Her hair was drying off, yet some of it was still damp. Skin glitching, her gaze was set on me. "Are you alright doll?" Korosu seemed slightly confused, and spoke softly. "What do you mean ash?" "You've been glitching quite a bit." She smiled, looking up at me. "I'm okay, my skin and voice just glitch a lot." I nodded slowly, gazing down at her. "Okie." She stood on her toes, kissing my cheek. My skin warmed up, as Korosu giggled slightly. "Have you ever seen Aticm?" I asked her out of the blue. "No I haven't, why?" "I don't think you'd like him." She smiled up at me, arms around my neck. "Nonsense. I'll love him just like you." A smile swept across my face, sticking like glue. A faint glow was given off by the oven, illuminating the room. "I love doing this. Have a beer or two, then cook. It's pretty fun." "Mhm." She was smiling, her eyes engulfing me into the Red Sea. Korosu spoke in her sweet, glitching voice, almost whispering. "Ashton Irwin, I love you. And I know love is just a shout into the void, and oblivion is inevitable, but I am in love with you." She smiled, as did I. "I love you too dear. I wish I could say something like that, but I kinda suck." She shook her head slightly, looking up at me. "You don't suck ash, I just quoted a book I've read recently." "Oh, okay. I don't read much, so I didn't know..." she gazed up at me, her pale skin against me. "That's perfectly fine." Her arms were around my neck, lips curved into a smile. "I will read something if you want me to." "Only if you want to, I won't make you." I nodded slightly, gazing down at her. "I think I do." She was excited, giggling a bit. "Okay! I know a good book! It's called The Fault in our Stars by John Green! You'll love it!" "Alright! Mike did make me watch the movie with him...about a hundred times." Korosu giggled, as did I. She relaxed a bit, arms snaked around my warm neck. Korosu lifted her feet off the ground, coming up to my eye level. Woah... "you're so tall." She giggled slightly, looking at me. "I'm only about, six foot." Korosu smiled, arms around me. "Still taller than me." She put her head on my shoulder, burying her face in my shirt. I chuckled silently, holding her close. I love her so much...it's hard to imagine losing her. The fear of losing her is hard to push back, for it brings upsetting feelings. I was on the verge of tears, thinking of her leaving my life makes me feel as though I'm being tortured. Korosu and I stayed that way, holding each other close, until a timer went off. Guess they're done. I let go, taking the tray out of the oven. "Now we let them cool, then we eat!" I spoke softly, hoping not to wake anybody up. She put her arms back around me, grinning. "I've never loved anyone like this before." I said quietly, looking down at her. "Me either. I've never had anyone tell me they loved me, but I love you ash, in ways that make my head spin." I felt a smile come back, yet surprise filled my mind. Nobody? "How not?" "What do you mean?" She tilted her head slightly, like a small child. "You're perfection!" My words are the truth, she's perfect. "Thank you, however I'm afraid that statement in false." "Nah, it's the most correct thing I've ever said." Korosu laughed slightly, looking at me. "Ash, you're a great guy, but you've never seem me when I'm angry. Or worse, when I kill. I am far from perfect." I cupped her face, smiling. "And that's perfect to me." She smiled, hugging me. God I love her. I really, really, love her. She is in my thoughts, my dreams, even my goals.

His warm body was pressed against mine, warming my cold skin. Ash is just amazing, I don't ever want to end this. He's wonderful, sweet, amazing, God I could go on for days. Ash understands some things about me, without questioning me. Losing him brings fear out within me, so I just held him close. His breaths were steady and deep, chest rising and falling against me. My mind racing, I kept my arms around his neck and my head on his shoulder. We stayed in the kitchen, holding onto each other like this was the last time we'd be together. He seemed slightly upset, yet I didn't know why. "Are you okay?" Ash gazed down at me, his eyes glassy. "Yea-" he cleared his throat quickly. "Yeah..." After a few minutes, ash looked down at me, smiling. "I think they're done." He took a biscuit from the tray, biting one end of it. I stood up on my toes, biting the other part. He giggled slightly, breaking his half off. We both ate with each other, smiling and giggling. A while later, we were both back to standing by the table, holding each other. His warm skin was pressed against my body, feeling like small pins. I looked up at him, cupping his face. "I love you ash." "I love you too Korosu." He smiled, putting his hand over mine. We just stood there, not saying a word. Eventually, light started coming through the window, shining on us. "My mom's probably gonna wake up soon..." I nodded slowly, as we proceeded to clean up the kitchen then go back to the basement. Taking the box from my pocket, I put my contacts back in and talked with Ashton for a while. He makes me feel so happy, and losing him would shatter me into millions of pieces.
