"I forgot the setlist." I chuckled nervously as I descend the stairs to the basement.

We made the whole floor for our music career, which I was glad for. The whole band didn't hesitate on the decision and our family didn't argue. I think because the house was big enough already. I make it to the bottom of the stairs behind Andy with Michael behind me as well..

"Great, more work to do." Luke jokes, appearing next to me. My jaw drops in offense as he breaks into laughter. "You're so mean." I say, fighting a smile, before turning my attention at the remodeled room.

Our instruments are usually in one of the smaller rooms. Instead, all of the amps and instruments were out in the biggest room of the basement. Once you walk down the stairs, it's the first room you see.

The room had wooden floors and a big mirror replacing one of the walls. Which, in this case, was the wall opposite of the other rooms.

The couch and bean bag chairs were against the wall left of the mirrors while our set up was in the middle of the room. I observed the new look of it while frozen in place.

"We moved everything in here for room." Calum tells me when he sits on the couch. I nod slowly, a little overwhelmed.

"I like it. Nice job." I was really proud of them and impressed on how they did this in only two days they rehearsed without me.

Friday night, Calum and I decided to start things over instead of trying to remember things. Yes, we agreed on being friends again but we also agreed on waiting however long to when I'll remember our old moments. I have a feeling we aren't as close as we were before, but it's something. Something is better than nothing.

It wasn't Calum who made me feel overwhelmed. It was what the things in the room reminded me of. Seeing all of this makes all the memories come back. I thought I could take it but apparently that isn't happening. There were no bad memories, don't get me wrong. It's just that there were so many great memories during the tour, before the bus crash occured.

It was my fault that the long thread of tour memories had to come to a halt. Because of me, we had to put the tour on hold.

I take a deep breath in order to compose myself before trying to speak again.

"I'm going to be right back. I won't be long." I clear my throat while walking to the stairway to go to the backyard. I inhaled the soft breeze when I opened the door, revealing the back of the house. I grasped onto the scene of the trees dancing gracefully in the wind before looking behind me to see if anyone followed after me. Indeed someone did, Luke.

"You didn't have to follow me." I lean against the wall by the door, where Luke came out of.

"I wanted to." Luke flashed a smile. "The others are waiting for you." He added and I slid down the wall, sitting with my legs outstretched in front of me.

"Already?" I ask surprised at how fast they set up. I look back at the silent backyard and try to soak it all in. I wasn't ready to go in. Not yet.

"It doesn't take that long to set up." He managed a chuckle and held out a hand for me to take. Luke offers to help me up but I refuse.

"Give me a few minutes." I stare at the moving water of the pool that's going with the wind. Luke sits beside me on the concrete, outstretching his legs as well.
