Carson's P.O.V.

'Enjoy it while it lasts. And also reminder: WATCH. YOUR. BACK. You may not know when I'm coming to get Mia from you. Now if you don't follow these instructions, in a blink of an eye your precious little virgin girlfriend will disappear before you could even say I want you back in my life Claire. Here's what I want you to do...'

This is absurd! It's official, Claire has gone nuts! She lost her screws! She's mental! She's...well, there's an endless list.

I haven't shown the letters to my lawyer. Mia gave me hers also. Would you believe that if you would compile all the letters Mia and I have recieved the last few weeks, they would fit in two large garbage bags, and yes, the huge ones.

'...never tell anyone of this letter...'

What does she want?

'...buy a ticket to Las Vegas and no I won't drug you there...'

...and why would I?

'...spend a few months there...'

I have a life here.

'...I just want to talk Carson...'

...talk about? There's nothing to be talked about.

'...you never gave me time to tell my side of the story...'

I'll just waste my time if that's the case.

'...if you haven't noticed, I can do whatever I want. I can ruin your life in just one word...'

How bipolar.

'...never speak of this to anyone. I know everything. I can see you.'

Creepy.

'...you have 24 hours to call me.'

So, there is no 'or else' line now? That's not a problem. She's bluffing and threatening. I didn't even follow her note. I don't even care anymore.

Mia's P.O.V.

"Your report papers are due next week Monday. I will only accept papers during our time. No extenions, and most of all, no exemptions. I expect that you all will pass your papers on the given deadline. I'm sure a week is enough."

A hand rose at the back row.

"Yes, Alli?" I asked her.

"Ma'am, could we pass them before the deadline?"

"Much better if so." I smiled and turned to face the writings on the board, and then I heard a scoff.

Hmm...

Ignoring it, I continued erasing until I heard murmurs about me and Carson. Not looking at my students, I started confronting them. "Class, now is not the time to talk about MY personal life. In fact, there is no time for that and to talk about rumors that aren't even half true."

"Yeah right, Miss Cordova." I heard Julie murmur.

"Julie! Detention extended for a week for talking back to authority." I turned to face them.

"It wasn't me, Miss Cordova, I swear!" she protested.

"I know your voice, Julie. Isn't two weeks of detention enough for you?" why is my blood boiling on her? Like there's something so wrong.

Saturday came by fast. Thank God! Since it was such a beautiful day outside and the weather was perfect, Carson and I went to the park for a picnic.
