(Goodbye for another month or two again lol!)

It was perfect outside now for a dip in the pool before the Summer leaves for another year again. Outside, the passing family of three could see that many dinos were collectively spending time together before the first autumn leaves fell, even though a bunch of autumn leaves were already having caked the ground due to the extremely cool temperature surprise a while back. This was his fifth year in spending Summer's End with the lovely gator by his side, still remembering years ago when he went to Damien's house and asked what the world was going on at school.
From that, it was all history afterwards. This Summer's End was special to the family-it was Luna's first Summer's End with them. She had told them that she really never had a real Summer's End due to most of the Summer's End she had been to were all normal activities at the center that they would be supplied with. Lucy had tried her hardest many times to get her to come and spend Summer's End with them, but it just never was meant to be since it was a long process with the children's center that dragged out to a point Luna just felt it wasn't worth it anymore.
However now, she was able to spend a real Summer's End with her adoptive family. She has been looking forward to this all week and practically all of last month. She and Alex had been talking about what they'd do together since the two rambunctious kids were non-stop thinking about pool parties and water gun fights. With a large yard that the Nito's had, the children were stoked at the prospect of what would become of tonight.
Driving through the usually quiet neighborhood that was a festival right now was a surreal experience. Olivia presses against the side of her passenger side door and watches with wide eyes as many families packed together. They'd only been gone for a couple of hours, having them cruise to Luna's school and picking her up and then making a quick detour to Dino Mart to pick up more supplies due to the increasing guest list that was sent to Inco. Even with that small time frame in-between, it seemed that was enough time for the entire neighborhood to be thrown into cheer.
With his hand tightly gripping the wheel, now slowing down to a snail's pace since he saw many of the kids and teen dinos playing sports in the road, having almost accidentally thrown a basketball straight towards their car, but narrowly missing it by a couple of meters. Inco quicks the breaks and watches as the kids shyly grab the ball and run back across, with Inco giving the children a worried look with how careful they were currently being with this many cars coming through. "Even when it was Fourth of July, it was not this packed, right?"
Olivia turns to her husband and nods. She leans forward and uses her fingers to turn up the knob to now blast the cool air due to the immense heat that was raging outside. "Even when it was Fourth of July it wasn't this damn hot." The gator brushes her hair back and slumps against the chair, letting her hand brush her swollen stomach while she giggles at her husband's eye roll. "I guess the people here take Summer's End to the extreme then, huh? Hopefully Auntie and Uncle were able to get through this mess and bring the things we asked them to."
Inco carefully makes his way to the even busier street where they reached their local cul del sac. In the middle of the circular road space was a family of triceratops having a cook out in the middle, inviting many of the neighboring families over for hotdogs and chicken strips for the carnivores and a mixed amount of herbivore salads and dishes for the leaf eaters. He would probably visit them in a bit since he saw a rather tasty looking hot dog that a raptor was currently getting from them. "I gave them keys and everything so they could head inside and unlock the gate to the back. Damien said he'd help Rand-Dad with the grill. I hope they were able to actually get it there with this many people here."
