Today was another photo shoot. Great. How many was that in the past week? you didn't know anymore. It's not that you really minded going to the shoots, but today you were just having a terrible day.
It started with your boss calling at four in the morning because she realized she'd forgotten to send out the paperwork but wanted you to do it. After you finished fixing her mistake you tried falling back asleep but couldn't for whatever reason. Then your dogs got into the hidden stash of chocolate, which wasn't really hidden because you both know where it is, but you had to rush him to the vet to get it out of his system.
Everything today seemed to be going from bad to worse. You tried to hide it from Grant but you could see he knew.
"Grant, we need you to look at the camera," the producer said. You looked at him and gave him a small smile. Suddenly his face lit up, almost like he'd just had the most brilliant plan. He made eye contact with you before striking a superman pose. Your smile grew as you watched him be his silly self.
After a few shots he looked at the camera with a random adorable smile on his face. A fit of giggles erupted from your lips as he kept making silly faces. Your giggles soon turned into laughter as your boyfriend helped you to feel better.
You didn't notice the photo shoot was over until a pair of strong arms wrapped around you.
"How's my princess now?" he asked, giving you a kiss. You smiled as he pulled away and you looked into his hazel eyes.
"Much better. Thank you, baby," you replied, kissing him again.
"Anything for my princess," he mumbled against your lips. "How about we grab a pizza on the way home?"
"Sounds perfect."
