'Run'

That night
She took a flight
To where her heart felt right
Just let her run away, from this immense fright

The moonbeam wanes
Like her heart that was in pain
Its intensity equivalent to whips of a thousand canes
Just let her run away, from this poisonous bane

A great shower of rain
Shoot down from the skies like raw grain
Into the abyss, her happiness drains
Just let her run away, from this nauseous lane

For 3 nights she ran
For this present she had not planned
She hasn't felt truly happy since all this began
Just let her run away, from this treacherous man
