Drifting or drifted?
I can't really tell.

These ropes of friendships
Wound from the start of our beginnings
What was once a piece of thread
Is now strong as jade... Or is it really just a facade?

I pull on ours everyday, counting on; maybe I'm a fool
Because I will never know if you are pulling it too
Will you allow me to lose my grip and fall
Or will we pull it together, and conquer it all?

Perhaps I've stayed on this chapter for too long
Perhaps I have overestimated our song
Perhaps I could've done something to make you stay
Or perhaps I should... Say goodbye today.
