Chapter 25

~2 Weeks Later~

*Y/N's Pov*

I was so happy i could finally walk better. I still need to be careful but i'm doing great. Thanksgivings is in two weeks and usually my grandparents would come but now that my parents are divorced i don't even know how it's gonna turn out.

Nate was at his restaurant, he had to go check on things and stuff. He also said he was fixing a surprise for me. Uugh. He knows i hate surprises but he still does them.

"Y/N are you going to get a job soon?" My mom came in and asked. Is she being serious right now?!?

"You're kidding me right?! I was in an accident i was paralyzed and i just finished my therapy and started walking right and that's what you're concerned about?!? Me getting a job!"

"Well you're not in school, all you do is waste your time with your boyfriend I'm not gonna maintain you forever." She said in a calm tone. I think seeing me hysterical calmed this crazy bitch down.
"Fine i'll get a job and i'll move out and then we'll both be happy! You know what i'll go right now!" I got my bag and sped walked to wherever my little feet would take me.

Not once did she take me to my therapy sessions or even bother to ask how i was doing. She just went on and about her days as if nothing happened to me. 
...

I started walking along the boardwalk looking at the stores and saw Victorias Secret was hiring. I love this store i mean its worth a shot, i went in and filled out an application. Obviously i'll still apply for other jobs just in case, but hopefully i can get this one. I'll be able to get discounts on my lingerie yay!

After i walked out Nate called me.
~phone convo~
Y/N-"Hey baby what's up?"
Nate- "Hi princess. How are you?"
Y/N-"Just walking around looking for a job"
Nate-"Why?! Babe you're supposed to be resting"
Y/N-"I feel fine Nate. I need a job, I can't live with my mom forever and she's stating to pressure me again."
Nate-"Come by the restaurant okay. Your surprise is ready."
Y/N-"Okay i'll see you in a bit."

(At the restaurant)

I walked in and saw Nate. Violet was talking to him sticking her chest out while he was filling out some paperwork. He should already fire this slut already but he's too nice to leave her jobless. I'm not gonna just stand here while she tries to get his attention. I went up behind him and wrapped my arms around his torso.

"Hey baby." I said kissing his cheek.
"Hey. I didn't see you walk in. Let me just finish this and we can get going." He said.
"Alright." I said. "You seem so tense" i started massaging his shoulders.

"I offered him a massage earlier but i mean more clients started coming obviously customers come before pleasure" Violet said with a smile. I just wanted to slap it right off her make up filled face.
"Oh well then we're lucky Nate has a supportive and loving girlfriend that could give him a nice sexy massage whenever" i said with a smirk. Nate chuckled.

"Alright let's go princess." Nate said as he stood up and wrapped his arm around me.

We walked out and started making our way to his car.
"I don't like that she still works there." I said.
"Aw don't be jealous baby. I'm all yours." He said.

Nate opened the door for me always such a gentleman. "So where are we going?" I asked him.
"Somewhere, but you need to wear this blindfold."
"Nate I don't want to wear a blindfold"
"Do you trust me?"
"Of course i do."
"Then you're going to love this" he said and started tying the cloth around my head.

We drove for a couple minutes then the car came to a stop. We got down and Nate was behind me holding on to my shoulders leading me to where i need to go. I felt us get on an elevator. I asked Nate to many times to give me hints but he wouldn't give in. I felt the elevator come to a stop and we stepped out. Nate held on to my shoulders again and continued leading me to our destination.
"Almost there baby" he said.

I heard him fiddling with some keys, he opened a door and we stepped in. 
"Are you ready?" He asked while untying the blindfold.
"Yup."
"Okay." 

The blindfold slowly came off. I looked around and it was a little studio apartment already with furniture- a bed, a refrigerator, a little table, and chairs. Nate has worked so hard and he deserves this.

"Babe congratulations!" I said and wrapped my arms around his neck embracing him in a hug.
"I needed my space and i had the money it was a good deal it already came with furniture i had to take it." He said.
"I'm so proud of you" i said as i pecked his lips.

He sighed worryingly and this is a big step in his life and independence he shouldn't feel down.
"Nate what's wrong?"

*Nate's Pov*

"Nate what's wrong?" she asked concerned. I looked at Y/N and her beautiful face and her beautiful eyes and i just wanted to kiss her...so i did.

My hands cupped her face and i started running my tongue across her bottom lip asking for permission. She accepted and i could just kiss her forever. I'm just stalling right now because I'm nervous of what i'm about to say. Y/N's hands started running through my hair and tugging on it.

I groaned as we continued kissing. Man the things this girl does to me. I pulled away and admired her beauty.

"You didn't think this was the surprise did you?" I said.
"Oh then what is my surprise."
"Do you want to move in with me?" I asked.
