Chapter 37

*Y/N's Pov*

I started rubbing Nate's back. I wrapped my arms around him and he leaned his head down on my shoulder.

"Hi Laura." I said, and I was starting to get a little teary myself, but I'm staying strong, for Nate. "I'm Y/N...Your son is truly the most amazing guy in the universe. I don't know what i would do without him... I got the chance to meet Benji and Bella too and they're both amazing as well. So beautiful and kind and educated...I know You were a great mom and i know from heaven you're watching over us, and you're gonna see our baby." I leaned my head on Nate's shoulder and rubbed my little tummy. "I wish i would've had the pleasure of meeting you. It would've meant so much to both me and Nate. I promise i'll always do what i can to make Nate happy and make him smile and love with all my heart."

We sat in peaceful silence for a while longer.

Nate and i were now driving back to our apartment. I was gonna bake some cookies and Nate wanted to go have a talk with his dad.

*Nate's Pov*

I dropped Y/N off and headed to my dads house. We needed to talk.
I stood at the front door building up courage to walk in.

After a couple minutes i twisted the knob and walked in.
"Dad?"
I got no response so i decided to walk into his room and there he was. Sitting on the ground, he was starring at a picture of mom. I got closer and he looked up.
"What do you want?" He said coldly.
"I just..i wanted to see how you were doing."
"What? So you could make fun of me. Cus you're all successful with MY business and how i'm just a big failure! I lost everything that was important to me-"
"Dad you haven't lost me!" I yelled stopping his rambling and he looked at me in confusion. "You haven't lost me, and you haven't lost Benji or Bella. The fact that they're far doesn't mean they love you any less. If i didn't love you i wouldn't have come back to watch over you cus i knew you weren't stable." I leaned down so i was at his level and he put my moms picture down. It hurt me seeing my dad like this.

My moms death affected him the most. He lost the love of his life.
"Dad it was you that left the tulips in her vase wasn't it?"
He looked up at me.
"You went to see her?" He asked in a calmer tone.
"I had something really important to tell her and i guess it's gonna be important for you too." He looked confused at my words. I knew he was gonna get better and he could be part of his grandchild's life.

"Y/N's pregnant...I'm gonna he a dad." I said with enthusiasm.
"What?"
"You're gonna be a grandpa."
"No. I can't! You can't be a father! Nate you're only 18. I've told you to use protection-"
"And we did! But it just happened okay! It was meant to happen and i'm gonna love this baby with all my heart. I love my girlfriend and we're happy. Why can't you be happy for me?"
"Nate you have no idea how much a baby costs. All your money is gonna go away. You're both gonna get so stressed and your girl is gonna leave you!-"
"No she wont! I wont let that happen. We're stable and in a serious relationship. I know she's the one and i'm gonna ask her to marry me one day."
"Getting married at 18 huh? So you really think thats gonna be successful?" He said harshly.
"You know what i didn't come here so you could judge me. Like you always do."
"Then why are you still here. I'm just concerned at you being a teenage father."

I stood up and walked toward the door. "Nate don't walk away from me! You know i'm right!"
"No dad! You're not right! You haven't been right and you wont be. You'll never understand." With that said i slammed the door and made my way to my car. This was such a bad idea.

I was driving over the speed limit. There was a red light, i hit the brake fast and it made my seat belt lock. I need to stop. I know i'm frustrated but i need to calm down. My mom died because of a guy running a red light speeding. I can't do this. I ran my hands through my hair. The light turned green and i'm gonna be more careful now. I don't want to hurt anyone and i don't want to hurt myself either. Y/N needs me and i got a baby on the way.

I finally made it home and i plopped myself down on the couch. I rubbed my eyes and closed them to try to relax. The stress was making me feel really hot i took off my pants and unbuttoned my shirt and laid down on the couch.

"Babe what's wrong?" I sat up when i heard Y/N's angelic voice. She came over and sat next to me.
"My dad. It's just...it's stressing to see him like that, all messed up and i just want to help him."
"Nate you can't just expect to fix everything by yourself. He'll come to you when he realizes he needs help. I know he'll notice soon and when he does he's gonna ask for the help he needs."
"You're right. I just...it makes me feel bad."
"I know baby. Just give him time."

It's been a couple minutes now. Y/N was leaning on my shoulder and i cooled down a little. I sighed and Y/N sat up.
"Come here baby." I said. I grabbed Y/N by her waist and positioned her so she was straddling me. I softly caressed Y/N's hair and admired her beauty. "You're so beautiful." I whispered leaving a kiss on her nose.

Y/N smiled shyly and intertwined our hands. I leaned in and connected my lips to hers. Throughout our kiss Y/N ran her hands up and down my chest and shoulders. I grabbed her hips and started moving them on me for a little friction. Y/N's lips parted from mine and started making her to my jawline and down to my neck.
"Baby you're so tense." She said and continued running her hands on my abs. Her tone was turning me on so much. I felt myself getting hard. "You need to relax."

I exhaled and Y/N started kissing her way down. Her little fingers made it to the waistband of my Calvins and she pulled them down.
