~Zayn's P.O.V~

Lou has been up there with Kat for a while. Probably still trying to get her to talk. Good luck.

I decided to go upstairs and take a look at what they were doing. Yes, I am snoopy. Deal with it.

From outside the door I heard her laughing. "I KNEW IT!" She shouted out. No way. How the fuck did he get her to laugh and talk. How come I couldn't do that?

"Hush up" I heard Lou say. I felt jealousy rise in my body.

So she talks and laughs with him but not me! Whatever. Why do I even care about her. Why do I even have feelings for her.

I know I said I would try to win her over, but now I don't care. At least that's what I'm telling myself. Stupid feelings.

I left and went back downstairs.

~Katlyn's P.O.V~

Me and Louis were having the stupidest conversation ever.

"I'm telling you... It's the bell RUNG not RANG" he said.

"Louis. Did you ever pay attention in English class. It's the bell RANG" I said chuckling.

"I paid enough attention to know it's the bell rung" he said. I laughed.

"Rang"

"Okay. Lets go ask the boys." I said. We headed downstairs. "Guys guys! Tell Lou it's the bell RANG not the bell RUNG"

They stared at me in shock. Except Zayn. He didn't even look my way *thought in a sad tone*

"Lou what did you do ?" Niall asked shocked.

"I talked and she replied. I'm just that special." He said. "Now tell her it's the bell rung. Not rang"

"How did this start?" Liam asked laughing at us.

"We were watching TV. And one of the characters said "the bell just rung got to go". And then the other character he was talking on the phone with said "it's the bell RANG dumbshit"" I said. (A/N completely made up. Got the idea because 2 of my friends were arguing bout it)

"Well she's right Lou. It's the bell Rang" Liam said.

"THANK YOU!" I exclaimed.

"I swear it was the bell rung though" Niall said.

"At least someone agrees with me" Louis said. "Zayn is it the bell rang or rung"

He just shrugged not taking any interest in us. What happened to him.

"Fine. We'll call my parents. My mum was an old English teacher" I said.

"Hi sweetie! You're finally talking again!" My mom said excited.

"Yes. Now mum. You were an English teacher once. Is it the bell rang. Or the bell rung?" I asked. I put her on speaker so everyone could hear.

"It's the bell rang." She said. "You should know this"

"Thank you! I knew but these two idiots here thought it was the bell rung" I said.

She laughed. "Alright sweetie. I'm coming by later on today by the way. I wanted to take you shopping"

"Okay mum. See you later!" I said and hung up. "TOLD YOU!" I shouted in Louis face.

He huffed. "Yeah yeah. Whatever"
