Two Groups

Chapter 6

Several months have passed after the incident of Cimu'lia bad intentions, as days past Luciana's excitement kept growing. She counted the months to wait for the expectant Guali that was coming in a couple of days. Macho had left the Yucayeque to find a medical doctor he knows to help Luciana. Zaccheaus who is one of the most happiest man in the Yucayeque. Had decided that when the Guali comes,he would throw a feast.
        He had stayed with Luciana, most of his days. She always needing him for helping her up. Or just wanting emotional support. He always wondered what gender it be? For him it did not matter what the Guali be, only that it would love it's Bibi and Baba ( Mother and Father)
     Cimu'lia, of course left after she learned that Luciana was with child. Had left, but letting know to everyone she would have her way with Zaccheaus. 
    The Nabori were also excited that Luciana was expecting a Guali. Oromico, had merged the Yucayeque to be a bigger tribe to unite the forces of both of the tribes. It had came back to the size of Agueybana's tribe in the past. But that still did not stop the worriness Zaccheaus had for his Liani and suspecting Guali.
     Zaccheaus had in mind of maybe quitting the rebellion arc with Oromico and Arasibo as well with Urayoan who was still alive. He thought what would be best for his family he was going to start soon.
       He planned everything from top to bottom, more than 1000 Tainos were to come to the feast. They started to come day by day, The residents started to enjoying time with the visitors and hunted animals for the feast.

     It was at night, after Luciana had her Guali. She laid with the Guali, and Zaccheaus came walking with a tub of water in his arms he collected from the nearest stream. He then set it aside of Luciana, the doctor came and did his job. He cleaned up everything, then left after he was done.
    Zaccheaus waited outside of the Bohio as he saw the doctor left, he walked in. He went inside he said " Nanichi?" He heard her call him. He saw the cloth covering over the bundle she was holding.
     He walked to her, he asked " What gender, is it.?" He kneeled beside to her, he smiled to see the Baby crying. He rubbed his fingers nervously then he pulled the sheets, he saw it was a Nana' ( girl ).  He smiled then began to think of names for her, that is when someone barged in.
    It was a Bohiti ( shaman ) that came and started to say some prayers, he began his worship. He then said " Y'ay'a ( Creator ) has blessed you with his Rahe ( daughter )"
      Luciana barged in and said " Dios had blessed me with his daughter not Y'ay'a." She looked serious. Then the Bohiti looked furious, he started to pray for forgiveness to the gods. He then left.
     I turned back to Luciana after the Bohiti left, I smiled and laughed. After that I said " don't discourage the Bohiti, they are just helping you in their own way."
     She nodded, but she said " Yo quiero que nuestro hija tenga su bautismo con un sacerdote ( I want our daughter to have her baptism with a priest.)" I smiled I walked to her and rubbed her cimu'. "What would her name be?" She asked
     " Her name would be Estrella." I said, She smiled, she liked the name. I said happily " Yes our Rahe will have church influences, but I want her to know both of our cultures." Luciana looked, then she smiled. We do not argue over what will happen. If she wants something then I want something too.
     I hear screaming, I started to  worry. I heard gunshots, the Guami'ken. I grabbed my Baira, then my Knife. I said " Luciana, Macho is going to come and escort you out of here." Then I left running towards the sound of Gunshots. I told Macho to help Luciana and Estrella
     The Guazabara followed me, I see The Guami'ken  began firing. I dodge the shots but I fired my Baira, taking one of them by the Throat. The Guami'ken began to grab his throat for life but he fell dead. Then I hear cannon fire. It hits next to me, knocking me out.

    Flashback

     I had woken up, to see strange looking people. I learned that they were called the Yoruba tribe. I thought what had happened with Agueybana the second, he passed like his brother. I have survived, they must had taken the Yucayeque and expanded the Spanish control. I looked
for ways out, I found none. I sat down giving up, I thought multiple ideas to escape. I see the Yoruba speaking in their tongue. I looked dumbfounded trying to understand. I just sat there and began sleeping. I stayed thinking, I fell asleep.
