Chapter two

Delsin p.o.v

"Hey Gwen. So tell us, why were the cops chasing you?" I asked curiously. "Well I was being mugged, outside of that restaurant named Olafs. He grabbed my purse and wouldn't let go until he got what he wanted. He was really persistent. I kept fighting back but he was really strong. I didn't want to have to use my powers but he wouldn't let go so I shoved him with my Ice ball and he was knocked out cold. But I chosen the wrong time to use my powers cause suddenly the cops came around the corner and chased me here. But luckily you guys came to the rescue" Gwen said. "Well don't worry Gwen. Those guys won't hurt you again. Sorry where are my manners. My name is...". "Delsin Rowe. I know who you are. You're pretty famous in the conduit world. And you're Abigail Walker but known as Fetch. You assisted Delsin at the conduit showdown with him and Augustine" Gwen said. "Wow. She knows more about me than me" I said. "I'm sorry if you find me creepy. It's just that you're my hero. You saved many conduits. You were very famous here but why did you leave Seattle?" She asked. "Well Gwen, this famous conduit here got married and had children with a demon spawn" Fetch said. "Stop it Fetch!" I said as I punched her. "You got married to a demon! That is freaky!" Gwen said. "No it's not! She is different from the other demons. There's good in her and a lot of emotions under her cloak. I love her" I said. Suddenly it was started to rain. It was really pouring. "So Gwen, where you staying at?" Fetch asked. "I don't know. I have to find an abandoned warehouse for me to sleep in. See you around!" Gwen said as she started walking. "Bullshit! Gwen you're coming to stay with us" Fetch said. "Oh no it's okay.I'll be fine" Gwen said. "No Gwen you won't be. These D.U.P soldiers will be searching for you. They'll never stop until they find what they're looking for. So Gwen you don't have a choice. You're coming to stay with us wether you like it or not" Fetch said forcefully. "Okay! Okay! Thanks guys" Gwen said. "You're welcome, now follow me otherwise you'll get lost" Fetch said as she neon sprinted. Gwen looked at me surprised and not knowing where to go. Fetch decided to come back realizing that Gwen wasn't following. "Sorry I forgot that you can't run like I can. Lets just walk there instead". "I gotta go. Raven must be worried sick" I said. "Delsin, it's pouring out here. You're staying with us. There's no point in arguing. You're coming" Fetch said. "Alright but I have to call Raven to let her know I'm alright and that I'm staying in Seattle for the night" I said dialing Raven's number. "Oh relax! I think your precious little Raven could survive a night without you, can't she?" Fetch teased as she grabbed my phone and put in her pocket. "Fine Fetch but I'm leaving first thing in the morning" I said. "Yeah yeah Smokes. Do whateveryou want" Fetch said as we all started walking. I hope Raven isn't going crazy about my disappearance.

Raven p.o.v.

"Delsin! I called your phone 10 times please pick up! Im worried about you". I haven't seen him since breakfast. He just picked himself up and just left. He's never done anything like this before. Where did he go?. Maybe he's probably coming home late. Or maybe he got kidnapped! Omg! I ran to the kitchen to grab the phone. I called the police. "Hello police! I would like to report a kidnapping. His name is Delsin Rowe, he's my husband. He is tall. Wears a red beanie, jean jacket vest, black jeans, blueish green eyes" I told the police woman. "Where did you last see him" the woman said. "At breakfast. After we finished eating, he just picked himself up and left" I said crying. "Ma'am calm down. We'll find your husband. Now we'll send out a search party tomorrow morning" the woman said. "Tomorrow morning! My husband is missing! You know what?! Forget it! I'll find him myself!" I yelled at the woman. I hung up the phone and called in some backup. "Hey.. Robin, I need your help" I said. "Raven my name is Nightwing now, remember. what's wrong?" Nightwing asked. "Sorry..Nightwing. Delsin has been missing since breakfast and I'm worried. He hasn't said anything about where he was going. He's never done anything like this before" I said crying. "Raven relax. Okay? Now me and Starfire will meet you in the park in a few minutes to help you search for Delsin. Alright?" Nightwing said. "Okay. Thanks" I said as I hung up the phone. I ran up the stairs and into our room and grabbed my cloak. I also grabbed a book just incase a few minutes turns into a few hours.

As I reached the park, I found an empty bench to sit on. I sat down and opened up my book and started reading. I only got to half a page before I realized that I was reading a book when my husband is missing. I should earn a trophy for 'Wife Of The Year Award'. "Hey Raven!" I heard a familiar voice say. "Starfire? Starfire! Oh my gosh I missed you!" I hugged her. "And I missed you too Raven. Now before we get off topic, where's Delsin?" Starfire asked. "I don't know. I'm really worried about him" I said about to cry again. "It's gonna be alright Raven. We will find Delsin" Starfire said trying to comfort me. This is one of the reasons why I miss Starfire. She always knows how to calm me down when I'm about to blow. Well... It's between her and Delsin that knows how to calm me down. It used to be Garfield instead of Delsin but Garfield was starting to be the reason why I needed to calm down. Suddenly I saw this pink neon beam spread across the street. I know exactly who that is. I flew in the air and Starfire followed. Nightwing hopped on his motorcycle. As I followed the beam across town until it stopped at my house. He started walking to the front door. "Delsin!" I shouted. He turned around and looked up. I flew down and marched up to his face and slapped him. "Oww! What was that for?" Delsin asked rubbing his cheek from the slap. "How dare you leave the house and not tell anyone where you're going. I was worried about you. You can't just do that to me" I said starting to cry. Delsin wrapped his arms around me and put his chin on the top of my head. "Raven,  I will never leave you. Ever. I was just in Seattle with Fetch and this new conduit girl. I was gonna text you but Fetch took my phone" he explained. Uhh! Fetch! She's always hated me for some reason I don't know why. I've done nothing to her. Why is she so mean to me? "Hey! Is that Boy Wonder!" Delsin said gesturing to Nightwing. "It is Nightwing. When is it gonna catch on?!" Nightwing said. "And is that Starfire?!". "Hey Delsin! I've missed you so much" Starfire said giving Delsin a death hug. "Oh.. same old Star-- still giving the Death hugs" Delsin said trying to breathe. "So what are you guys doing here? Shouldn't you be at the Tower?" Delsin asked. "Well we were at the Tower but Raven called us on the old communicators. She said that you 'weren't here and you might've been kidnapped'. So we came to help her look for you" Nightwing said. "Well thanks anyway. We should hang out more" Raven said. "Yes! Actually we are going horseback riding with the kids. Your family should join us" Starfire said excited. "Well I'm sure they'll love it" Delsin said. "Fantastic! Meet us at the park atb 12:Noon" Nightwing said. "Sure thing.... Boy Wonder" I said chuckling. "Haha very funny" Nightwing said as he hopped on his bike with Starfire and drove off. "Hey Raven, maybe I should get a motorcycle?" Delsin said. "No you're not getting a motorcycle. It's too dangerous and stupid. You don't need it. What you need to do is to make up for making me worry so much" I said gripping Delsin's arm. "Oh yeah. What did you have in mind?" Delsin asked. You owe me a romantic dinner, carage ride in the park, a gift from the mall and you have to make love to me" I said. "Make love to you?". I nodded. "Well I can grante that wish tonight" Delsin said as he picked me up bride  style and neon sprinted to our bedroom. I used my magic to turn off the lights, close the blinds and lock the door. I want to spend a night with my husband without any interruptions. We just really needed this.
