Raven p.o.v

We were still in Augustine's base at the time we finished saving everyone and followed Delsin's plan on getting his arch nemesis, Augustine, to join us in stopping my father from taking over the world. "Alright I want 30 troops roaming Jump City streets and scout for any abnormal activities going on. We are officially at war" Augustine said. A few of the troops were hesitant. "Lady Augustine, we signed up for capture and recruiting. We didn't sign up for fighting wars. I have a wife and kid at home, waiting for me to return. I can't do this! I'm resigning" a soldier said. In a few moments, arguments of the same topic were sounding through the facility. Delsin had a enough and stepped up to the stand beside Augustine. He pointed to the guy who spoke first. "You. The one who spoke. What's your name?" Delsin asked. The guy looked confused but told him anyway. "Evan. What's that got to do with anything?". Delsin just stayed silent for a while and spoke again. "Alright Evan. This wife and kid of yours. They obviously mean something to you right?" Delsin asked. This Evan guy got mad. "Of course they mean something to me, what kind of dumbass question is that?!" He said. "Would you fight for them?". "Of course. They're everything to me". Delsin slightly smiled. "So if you all choose to not fight....I won't force you" Delsin said as he faced everyone else. Everyone cheered and began to file out of the room but before they even reached the door, Delsin spoke. "Just be prepared to lose everything you love when you reach home". Everyone stopped. It was dead silent untill that Evan guy spoke up again. "What do you mean, Rowe? Are you threatening us" Delsin frowned as did I. 'How can these people be so stupid?' I thought. "No it's not a threat, it's a promise. Not a promise from me. A promise from Trigon" Delsin said. Everyone looked at them with shock. "You see, we're not just fighting a random war with another country, oh hell no! That's not in the Titan's jurisdiction. But we are fighting a demon lord who wants global destruction. So if you don't fight, you'll won't have anything to return to. Your wife and kids will either be enslaved or killed. Hell I wouldn't even put it passed him to rape your wives to start a demon spawn army. Who knows for sure what Trigon really gains from this" Delsin said as he walked back to me and kissed me on my cheek. "I know I have a family to protect. If you wish to leave then you're endangering your family. If you stay an actually fight, you'll be protecting them better than being with them" Delsin said. Everyone thought about what Delsin said. If they were to go home and be with their families and not fight, they will be endangering them. How can their wife/husband be safe if they didn't defend them from these demons then they'll all die. "Alright" Evan said. "I'll fight". As soon as Evan said those words, one after the other were willing to go to war. I grabbed Delsin's face and kissed him ever so passionately. "You know you're a natural born leader, right" I said as my arms are wrapped around his neck. "Well I am Delsin Rowe" he replied with a smirk. I rolled my eyes playfully. "Idiot" I muttered as I kissed him again. Suddenly someone tugged my cape so hard that I was forcefully brought out of Delsin's arms and was turned around to face a pair of green eyes. "Hey Starfire-". "Don't 'hey Starfire' me! Now that this is settled, you are going to tell us where the hell were you and what happened?" Starfire said sternly. "Yeah, me and the kids would also liked to know since you almost killed me and Sabrina when you were all crazy like and now you show up all calm and collected? He'll I think you were trying to kill Michelle too" Delsin said. Starfire grabbed Michelle and pulled her close to her. "Not my baby!? Raven! You were not chasing Michelle?! Right?!" Starfire asked as she glared at me. I winced at that and looked at Michelle with a somber look. "Michelle I'm so sorry for what I did. I know it'll take a lot for you to forgive me but-". " Actually Mrs. Rowe, I actually had fun if it weren't for the part about you trying to eat my soul". Starfire and I stared at her like she was crazy. "I'm just kidding! But aunty Rae, it's okay. You weren't yourself" Michelle finished as she left her mom and ran to me and hugged me. I hugged back as tears were in my eyes but they didn't fall.  " Look, I know there is kids present but frankly I don't give a damn, so I'll say what's on everyone's minds: what the fuck happened?" Delsin asked. I glared at him because of his foul language but he at least had the decency to warn us so I lessened the glare a little. "You guys already know, if you didn't you should know where I went" I said. "She was with that demon bastard, Trigon!" Sabrina said. "How'd you know?" Zack asked. "Because that's the bastard that kidnapped me and Sabrina when we were looking for you and Aunty Rae" Michelle said with distaste written on her face. "Wait he caught you you too?!" Zack said surprised but behind him, Nick was furious and wanted to kill Trigon for kidnapping his sister. "Yeah, he didn't do anything to us, just grilled us for information on mom's whereabouts but when mom turned up on her own, he just kept us locked up" Sabrina said. "Yeah it was hell!" Michelle said. "Please! I had it harder! I was tortured since the moment I got there! I was his living battery charger!" Zack argued. Delsin's ears picked up that comment. "What?! He's hurt you! Why didn't you tell me?! I'm so going to kill him!". "Easy dad, I didn't get the time to tell you because of.....her" Zack said as he pointed to Augustine. "Valid point" Augustine said. "Okay that explains where you were but explain why you look all..... holy when it's clear you're quite the opposite? Why's do I feel so much power flowing off of you?" Eugene said. "Yeah Rae, you're practically stronger than all of us right now" Garfield said. I blushed at that statement. "Well..... I have beaten my inner demon and I have full control over my powers" I said. Silence. Everyone in the whole room had calculating faces. Wondering how they'll take the information, I started sweating. Then I heard a giant "WHAT!" and it started bringing out in of my worst fears: being unaccepted. "W-Well I had an inner battle with my demon and won. In that term I'm no longer human, I'm a full demon with full demon powers. I'm...... complete" I said with nervousness laced in my voice. Delsin rubbed his temple. "Okay.....how did this happen?" Delsin asked. I started sweating as they looked as if they aren't accepting my new form. I started to freak out inwardly when Delsin grabbed my shoulder and pulled me into his arms to comfort me. "I don't care that you're a full demon. I just want to know how your able to beat your inner demon" Delsin said as he kissed me on the top of my head. I blushed and smiled. "Right. Well it started out like this.....

(I'm going to skip to the last part where we left Raven as only you, the viewers, know what happened at the beginning of the whole Raven vs Rachel thing so it would be unfair if I started from the beginning again so let's get back to Raven's mindscape shall we?)

Flashback

"Delsin?..... what're you doing here? This my mindscape" I asked surprised. "Well you asked for me and...I just....came I guess" Delsin replied as he helped me get up from underneath the desk. "Well if you don't mind, you have a evil demon you have to take care of" Delsin said as he looked out of the destroyed building window to see a demonized Raven flying through the streets of the destroyed Jump City, in search of Rachel. "Rav..... I'm mean Rachel, you're gonna have to take her out". I CAN'T! I don't have the strength..... Delsin... please help me" I said starting to cry. Delsin looked at me apologetically. "Rachel, I can't. I'm just a figment of your imagination. I'm only here for your moral support however, I won't be able to assist you in this battle" Delsin said. I cried harder. "How...how can I beat her?....... she's ten times stronger and faster than I am" I whimpered. Delsin's didn't respond as he too was in thought. "I'm gonna die" I said. Still no response. His silence was only confirming my fate. I was about to cry again until I Delsin spoke. "How much do you love me?" He asked. I looked at him as if he were insane, but I created him so that statement would would mean that I'm insane for making him insane. "What're you talking about?". "Delsin I mean. The real Delsin. How much do you love him?" He asked again. I stared blankly at the ground and shot a determined look at him. "I love Delsin with all my heart. He is my everything. I wouldn't know where I'd be or who I'd be if it weren't for him. He gave me the very thing I've been craving since the moment I started walking: love" I said as my fear started to decrease every time I thought about Delsin. "So you feel love for him? What about Sabrina? Zack? Nightwing? Starfire? All of them? What do you feel?" Delsin asked. "I feel love! Love is what I feel when I think about them. I love them! I love them all! what's that got to do with any-". Then it hit me. Love. That was the answer! "LOVE! Love is the opposite of Hate! It's the only thing she can't control" I said. I looked around to thank Delsin but to no avail because he was nowhere to be seen. "Thank you, Delsin. For showing me what Love is and how powerful it can really be" I said as I flew through a window and gracefully landing in the middle of the street. "RAVEN! SHOW YOURSELF! I'M DONE HIDING! JUST FINISHIL ME OFF ALREADY!" I shouted. A few minutes later, Raven broke through a building and glared at me with her demon eyes. "You know, you're really starting to irritate me. But I'm glad you finally came to your senses and let me kill you. It was just getting embarrassing for you to get pummeled when you're trying. Don't worry, I'll make sure your death is quick and painless. Think of it as an reward for staying alive this long" Raven said as she charged at me. Raven summon he demon claws and came at me. As the left one was about to strike me, I ducked and shot my own magic arm at her and hit her square in the face. Raven had a shocked look on her face. "Can't read my movements anymore? That's because I'm not afraid of you anymore. There is no more fear in me. I will kill you!" I said as I charged at her. I summoned a whip and wrapped her legs up. She fell to the ground. I pulled on the whip and started swinging it. The swinging got pretty hectic. I even let the whip slip a little in my hand so it would decrease the distance she had between her and the objects around us so she would hit it. I then let go of the whip all together when it was aiming towards the sky. I flew up and delivered an nasty magic infused fist in her face and then in her stomach. I used my demon claws and slammed her body into the ground. "Azerath Meterion Zinthos" I chanted as I turned into a black drill and came down, aiming for Raven's heart. But unfortunately for me, Raven broke free. She looked up at me coming down at her with a furious face. "ENOUGH" She shouted as he demon claws grabbed me and threw me into a building but with more strength. She threw me into the building so hard that that the building was coming down due the base of the building collapsed so the entire building came down. Raven flew out of there with me on her tail. I was right behind her foot and as I was about to grab it, she turned around and kicked me in my face, force me down to the ground. As I landed in a loud bang! Raven immediately flew down and super punched me back down when I was struggling to get up. "Enough! Playtime is over, it's time I killed you". Her voice changed as she turned into a mimi sized female version of Trigon. "Now Raven I'll kill you so that I'll finally be frrrrreeeeee!!!" She said as she charged me.
