Hindi ko alam kung ilang oras o ilang araw na akong nakakulong dito. Naghihintay lang naman ako sa hudyat ni Aling Betty. Everyday is a torture. Everyday, without Zed beside me, is lifeless. Hindi ko alam kung papano, kailan at saan ako makakalabas dito. Nakakainis na. Mababaliw na yata ako dito.

Hindi ko namalayang tumutulo na pala ang luha ko. Why did I get myself in here? Why? I didn't chose this. I didn't chose to be Andrea. I just want a normal life. A life with Zed. But right now, everything is completely shattered. Unti-unti kong nararamdaman na naglalaho na ang pinapangarap kong happy ending. Sana hindi na lang ako si Andrea. Sana hindi...

"How is my princess doing?" Ralph entered the room with his body guards without me noticing it.

I just stared at him with tears dripping down my eyes.

"What's the matter? Naiinitan ka ba dito?" He came close and put his fingers on my chin to tilt my head to kiss me. I backed away.

Dismayado sya nung hindi ko sya tinignan at hindi ko sya hinayaang halikan ako. He's pathetic! Calm down, Debby. Calm down.

"Well anyway," sabay talikod papunta sa door bago nya ako harapin ulit. "...the wedding has been all set. It is a perfection as to the decor. I sent the invitations already to some guests and friends of course. I picked your gown already..."

I sarcastically laughed at him. He raised an eyebrow on me.

"Nababaliw ka na." 

I continuously laughed. He's holding his chin and raising his brow on me. I stopped laughing when one of his body guards held my shoulders tightly. He signaled him to let me go.

"What did you say?"

"Akala ko lang baliw ka. Hindi naman ako nainform na bingi ka na rin pala."

He went towards me and grabbed my hair and tilted my head up.

"Baliw na kung baliw. WE. ARE. GOING. TO. GET. MARRIED. Understood?"

"Kahit kailan Rafael, hinding-hindi ako magpapakasal sa'yo. Kahit kailan!"

He sarcastically laughed. "Oh no. You will."

"Patayin mo na lang ako kesa habambuhay akong magdurusa kapiling mo!"

"I will. Eventually. Pero mas uunahin kong iligpit si Zed. At least lahat tayo walang happy ending. Di ba?"

"Baliw ka na!" I tried punching him but as if my punches weren't causing him pain.

Binitiwan nya ako bigla and pushed me onto the mattress.

"Palabasin mo ko dito, Raffy. Please!"

"Palalabasin? Para ano? Oh c'mon, Debby. I'm not stupid. Well, anyway, hawak ko naman si Zed. So I guess mas maganda pag andun sya sa kasal natin. Hindi ba? Tapos ng kasal ipapaligpit ko sya. Tapos isusunod na kita. Parang Romeo and Juliet. Hahahaha!"

"You're a stupid goddamn jerk! Asshole!"

"Asshole na kung asshole. Magpapakasal tayo!" Then he left.

Iyak lang ako ng iyak paglabas nya. Wala na akong ginawa kung hindi ang umiyak. Oh God. Sana walang mangyari kay Zed. Ako na lang. Ako na lang.

"Debby..." a familiar voice was calling my name.

"Tahan na, please."
"Zed? Zed? Nasan ka? Nasan ka?"
"Shh. Andito lang ako. Tahan na. Tahan na."

I searched for his voice but I can't find it. I keep weeping.

"Lean onto the wall and stop crying."
"Zed...Zed hindi kita..." The wall! Zed is in the next room and something is in the wall.

I saw a small hole and peeped in it. He's there. Zed is there!

"Zed? Zed?"

"Shh. Hindi nila pwedeng malaman na nag-uusap tayo. Tahan na, baby. Tahan na."

"Zed, akala ko kung anong nangyari sa'yo. Did they hurt you? Oh babe."

"Pakasalan mo si Rafael."

Gulat ako ng sabihin ni Zed iyon.

"What?"
"Marry him."
"Nababaliw ka na ba?"
"No."
"I love you so much, Zed. Hindi ko pakakasalan si Rafael. Never!"

Matagal sya bago sumagot.

"Debby, marry Rafael. Please. Marry him."
"No! Zed no!"
"Agree on marrying him."
"What is wrong with you? Don't you love me anymore?"
"Debby, I love you so much that I never thought of spending my life with someone else.  Pero..."
"Pero ano? Ipatatabuyan mo ko kay Rafael?"
"Baby, for once, trust me. Agree marrying Rafael."
"You are insane!"

I was shocked with horror and I can't stop from crying. Anger and frustration hits me now. Why, zed? Why?

"Hindi na tayo pwedeng mag-usap. May paparating. Trust me, baby. I love you."

"Zed! No! Zed!"

Biglang may pumasok na lalake sa kwarto ko.

"Sino yang kausap mo?"
"Ka...kausap?"

Hinalughog nya ang buong kwarto.

"Maganda ka pa naman sana pero nababaliw ka na yata." he smirked at me.

"Palabasin mo ko dito at hindi na ako mababaliw pa!"

He just grinned at me as if I cracked a joke. Then went out and locked the room again.

Why? Why does he want me to marry Rafael? Anong pinaplano mo Zed? Tell me.

I buried myself onto the mattress, crying, until I found myself to sleep.
