The next morning, Quinn woke up from Claira’s phone that was ringing…

“Hmmm?” he opened his eyes.

“Claira…” he whispered but Claira didn’t hear him.

“Claira…” he whispered again but she still didn’t hear him. He stood up took the phone and went outside to answer it.

“Hello?”

“Hi, is this Claira’s phone?” some male voice responded.

“Yes, who is this?” he asked.

“This is her father speaking, and who are you?” he asked.

“Uuuh…this is her boyfriend…s-sir.” He answered nervously.

“Oh…tell Claira to come home immediately.”

“Uuuh, yes sir.” He said then he hung up.

“Father?” Quinn asked himself then he went back inside.

“Uuuh, Claira? Wake up, we have to get you home, go fix yourself inside the bathroom.” He said.

“Why?”

“I’ll tell you later, okay? We’re in a hurry.”

“O-Okay.” She nodded then she went into the bathroom.

“What’s up?” Quentin asked.

“Claira’s father wants her home, he just called.” He whispered.

“But, she doesn’t know her father.” Quentin said.

“I know, I’ll be right back, okay?” he said.

“Okay, bring me some food before you get back here.”

“I will.”

When Quinn and Claira got home….

“No seriously, Quinn tell me why you took me home.” She said as Quinn opened the door.

“Claira?” someone spoke. Claira saw a tall guy with dark brown hair and blue eyes. Claira did nothing but stare at him looking up and down at him, trying to figure out who he was.

“Claira, sweetie, it’s me, your father.” He smiled.

“Father? I don’t have a father, for all I know my father walked out on me and Kana when we were little.”

“I know, I’m sorry.” He said.

“You’re not sorry…” she shook her head slowly.

“Are you the guy I spoke with on the phone?” he asked Quinn.

“Yes s-sir.” He answered.

“You may go.” He said.

“I’m not going anywhere, Claira’s going back to the hospital with me.” He said.

“And why was she in the hospital?” he glared.

“Quinn, you can go.” She smiled.

“What? No, I’m not leaving y…”

“Go, It’s okay.” She cut him off.

“Fine, be careful.” He whispered then he kissed Claira on the lips then he left leaving his father a slight glare.

“What are you doing here?” Claira asked.

“I’m here to take you home to new york.” He said.

“But that so far away from Washington.” She said.

“I know, but I have to make things right with you.”
