When I opened my eyes, I saw Sam with a shotgun, as she shot the creature which made it jump back and fall to the floor.

Mike grabbed Josh's hand, and mine, as he pulled us up from the ground.
I could see chris and Ashley running in the background to get to the ski lift. Whereas, Sam and mike came to our help and assistance.

We stumbled away, trying to get to the ski lift as quickly as possible.
"Sam catch!" Mike shouted, as he thrown her the flamethrower as it was a better weapon to use, as Sam gave mike the shotgun.

Mike dragged josh through the snow, until we reached the ski lift. My feet were so numb, I couldn't feel anything, it was too cold to concentrate, or think of anything clearly.

Josh was now passed out, as he was only upright from mike holding him up.

I glanced over my shoulder, as I saw at least three of those monsters, which somewhat seemed to have human likeliness.

"It's..it's Hannah." I whispered to mike, as I looked at the skinny monster.

Mike looked astonished, as he couldn't believe me. He looked at her upper arm, and he had seen the butterfly tattoo. "Holy shit." His facial expression was distraught from the shock.

He tried not to be distracted, as he grabbed the keys from my pocket. Chris and Ashley were at the entrance of the ski lift, trying to open it, as they shook it in frustration and desperation.

Mike pushed the key into the lift, as it activates. "Go..go..go." He ordered, as he pushed chris, Ashley and myself onto the lift.

Then he passed josh over to me, he was so sick that he had to lay flat on the ground.

Mike pushed Sam onto the lift, as he still shot at the monsters.
He stood there for 5 minutes just shooting at the creatures.

"Mike come on!" Sam shouted, wanting to hurry this process up.
The lift started to activate, as the creature was so close to mike.

"Jump!" Sam's loud voice echoed throughout the mountain, as he leaped onto the lift. "G..get in." I whispered, as I held my hand out for him, allowing him to get on there safely. He shut the door tightly, as we all sat there out of breath.

We all looked at each other in confusion, we couldn't believe that we had made it.

I looked back down to where mike had just stood, as I saw the old man who helped us earlier surrounded by the creatures. Unfortunately, it looked like the flames weren't powerful enough to completely defeat all of the monsters, as he was cornered.

One of there razor like nails cut across his neck, as it immediately decapitated him.

My stomach felt so uneasy, as I felt extremely sick. I couldn't control my body's temperature anymore, as I was so cold.

I almost felt paralysed as my spine felt frozen in place. I looked down at josh who was flat out on the floor. I realised that he had bled through the bandage which worried me, greatly.

"The p-phone?" I shivered, as I asked Ashley whether she knew how much longer they will be. She checked her phone, and there was no responses.

The atmosphere felt sort of uncomfortable, it felt too calm, after everything we had just gone through.

My eyes started to blur, as I saw dots everywhere. I occasionally have to wear glasses whilst I read, but otherwise my eyes are perfectly fine, so I was confused at why my eyesight was so terrible.

Mike noticed how I was reacting to the cold, as he put his arm around my back. I couldn't say that I felt a little uncomfortable, because it was making me feel a lot warmer.

I looked around between us all and I felt so upset to not see Matt, Emily, and Jessica here with us.

The ski lift started to slow down, as we had reached the entrance to Blackwood pines. I managed to smile from the idea of escaping, as I tried to breath properly.

A sudden noise echoed through the ski lift, as it came to a halt. Everyone exited quickly, but mike also helped josh out.

Sirens went off loudly, as a helicopter was heading our way, with police cars.
"J..josh, we can be saved.." I said as I squeezed his hand tightly. He was still passed out, and I could feel his pulse at a worrying rate, almost as if it was decreasing.

The helicopter landed safely, as two people rushed out of it. They took josh away from me and mike as they returned to the helicopter. I refused to let go of his hand, until they psychically removed me from him.

I saw them take him away, and immediately fly him to the nearest hospital, mainly because they realised that he was in a critical state.

A random man approached me as he put his hand over my head, his face dropped.

"Get her to the hospital right now. Hyperthermia." He whispered the last part, almost as if he wanted to make me not worry about my condition. I shook once again, as the man wrapped myself in a blanket, trying to regain my normal body temperature.

The next thing I had known was that I was being pushed into an ambulance vehicle, as they laid me down on a bed in the back.

I felt my head well up in pain, as I couldn't control my shaking anymore.

There was some sort of heating applied into this back room, as I felt a little bit better. Although, my body was no longer strong, and I have become extremely weak.

More blankets were put on top of me as I clutched onto them tightly, praying that josh would be okay, and that they could get him to the hospital in time. I finally had the chance to rest and shut my eyes, however, it wasn't at all a peaceful rest, as I worried constantly about josh.
