Until Dawn (Josh x OC)

Chapter 17: Passion.

"How dare you bring that into my house?" Her voice was filled with pure anger and fury.
"He is a lovely guy, why don't you just give him a chance?" I begged.
"Don't you back chat me young girl, unless you want more than a slap across the face" She screamed.

I tensed up in fear, as I backed away from her, terrified.
"Lauren! Are you okay?" I heard josh shout in concern.
"Y-yeah I will be there now." I cried.

"I order you to talk to James." She said as she twisted my wrist.
"N-no. I fucking hate him..and I hate you." I shouted, furiously.

I ran out to josh quickly, hoping that we could just leave now, and that I would never have to come back to his dreaded place.

Josh stood up immediately, as he saw the red mark across my cheek. "What happened?" He said worriedly.
"I don't want to talk about it.." I whispered, depressingly.

My mother was still shouting rude things out to both me and josh, and I felt like it had all got on top of me. It got to the point where I had enough.

"Stay away from him." She shouted.
Her persistence of disapproval made me want him even more.

"I fucking love him..I don't care if you disown me or not, I couldn't care less anymore. Just accept the fact that I love him." I shouted back to her angrily.

I heard the noise of the back door opening, but I took no notice from my anger with my mother.
"I will not accept it..you need to stay away from him, you don't know what you will get." She shouted.
"I am sorry but I really care for your daughter I love her with every inch of my body. I look after her and I wouldn't let anything bad happen to her, because she means so much to me." His speech was so cute and I couldn't help but feel an overwhelming amount of emotion, as I wanted to cry, but I kept my emotions within me, as I didn't want to show my weaknesses anymore.

"I don't believe anything you say.." Her voice was so loud, as it screeched through our ears when she screamed at josh.

I turned around facing her, as I put my finger up. It made me laugh that it took me this long to finally stick up for myself. "I am not afraid of you anymore." I smiled to my mother.

Josh was so happy that I stuck up for myself, as I could see how glad he was for me.

I heard my mother mumbling and shouting things in the background but I didn't care at all, as I turned around so I was facing josh directly.

With a big smirk on my face, I stood up on my tiptoes so I was able to kiss josh. I connected my lips with him, as I let out all of my passion.

His arms were tightly around me, as he pushed my body as close as possible against his. I could feel his tongue enter my mouth as our tongues collided, passionately.

My hands rushed through his hair, as I felt his hands squeeze my bottom. He bit down on to my bottom lip, sexily, and that was when I finished our intense kiss.

I looked over at my mother who had a shocked expression on her face, she was surprised with how I reacted, but I didn't care. I loved him, and I wanted to get back and my mother in any way that I possibly could.

"I never want to see you again-" I said until I noticed someone standing behind my mother, my whole body tensed up in pain and fear, as I clutched onto Josh's side, hiding behind him slightly.

My mother turned around to see the person behind her. "Awh honey..what happened to you? You have cuts all over your face?" She questioned, as she put her hand on James' shoulder.

I felt revolted at her closeness with him, that was when I remembered that she gave my number to him.
"I got beaten up for trying to be with the person I loved." His anger was at breaking point at this moment. His face was red in fury, as I knew he had seen me and josh kissing.
