Chapter 16: Disrespect.

I had woken up in my familiar settings, in my comfy bed. I was wearing my trousers this time, so josh must have put them on for me. Josh was sitting down on to the bottom of the bed, he was leaning his head in his hands, as he was rocking back and forth from stress.

"Josh.." I whispered, as I leaned my arm out to hold onto his. His face lit up immediately, as he shown me his familiar caring smile.

He bent down to my head, as he gave me a gentle kiss on my forehead.
"Are you feeling better now?" He asked me, feeling concerned.
"A little, I think I just passed out from the panicking and stress." Josh completely understood, as his thumb rubbed up and down on my arm to calm me down.

I could still see how angry he was with James, as his hands were still clenched in fists.

My phone beeped loudly, alerting me that I had a text message. I worriedly glanced down to my phone, as I saw a message from James.

James: Josh can't come and help you forever Lauren. I can't wait till our next visit baby xxxx

I felt extremely nauseous as soon as I read the text message. I was debating whether or not I should show josh the message, because it would anger him even more.

"What's wrong..?" He asked me quickly, as he noticed the large frown on my face.
"It's..uh n-nothing.." I said nervously.
He took the phone of me, as he read the message angrily.

"What's his fucking problem? I am going to have to go see him, and to tell him to leave you alone." He shouted.

I didn't want him to get hurt any further, so I was determined to not let him go find James. "No..please." I begged.

The silence between us started to get uncomfortable, as we both didn't know how to react to the horrible events that kept occurring in our lives.
"I..I just need a break, I can't handle all of this anymore. I just feel so broken down as a person." I admitted to josh.

He closed his eyes in a tiredly way, as he nodded his head. "I do too."

I sat up so I could sit next to josh. He put his hand around my waist as he pulled me closely to his side.
"How about we just go out right now, just for a drive to anywhere you would like to go." I rested my head against his, as we both felt so drained.

He grabbed my hand and intertwined my fingers with his. "Lets go." He ordered, as I followed him outside my apartment door, hoping that a long walk might help to clear my head.

"Where are we going?" I questioned him, as I held onto his hand tighter.
"To somewhere where we can relax. You need to get changed." He ordered, with a cute smile, as he stood up from the bed.

"Into what exactly?" I asked him.
"Let me choose the clothes." He laughed, as he walked to my wardrobe.

I was afraid of what he was going to pick out for me, since I knew he would pick something he would like to see me wear.

"Oh..my..god.." He muttered, quietly.
He picked out the only sexy piece of clothing I have in my wardrobe, which made his smirk increase.
It was a black-laced lingerie, which I bought as a comfortable night dress about a year ago, I never bought it for any other purpose, but josh found a purpose for it.

He lifted his eyebrow up slightly, as he had a smug smirk on his face, "You never told me about this."
My cheeks reddened immediately, as I covered my face with my hands, mainly in embarrassment.
"I..ugh." I said awkwardly.
"I am not wearing that out." I said jokingly, as we both laughed loudly.
"No..no. You should wear that later." He said with a wink as he smirked, as a joke.

"You wish." I said teasingly, as I looked through my wardrobe also.
I could see him frown, disappointingly. "Maybe a different time." I said as I nudged his arm, trying to give him some hope since he looked so disappointed with me.
"Good." His arms wrapped around my waist, as he hugged me tightly.
