"I know what I can do."
"And what's that?" I say raising my eyebrows.
Aidan doesn't say anything and instead hops off the bed. He starts to open drawers and I don't stop him. If he wants to snoop, he can go for it, I have nothing to hide.
"You're so boring, all you have is clothes." He complains. Then he reaches my closet. Opening the door to reveal the small walk in, he finds more clothes and some shopping bags. I watch him cautiously, you never know what he could find. I don't even know what I could find.
After rummaging through several bags he sighs. "There nothing interesting in your room...wait..." He says and walks to the corner. "What's this we have here?" I scrunch my face in confusion and see him lift up a bag that was concealed very well under clothes and shoes.
Oh gosh.
He picks up the pink striped bag from Victoria Secret and my face heats up instantly. "Don't you dare." I warn, standing up in front of him.
"Or what?" He teases with a big smirk. He opens the bag and pulls out the contents. I reach for the bag but he fights me off. "Wow, purple is definitely your color." He says his eyes getting wide. The VS items I had gotten with Emma a while back (chapter 8) were long forgotten soon after she made me buy them. They still have the tags and everything.
Aidan swallows a lump in his throat before smirking again. "Now, when did you get these and how come I never knew about them?" He says sarcastically. My face turns even brighter as he goes on.
"Stoooohop!" I whine embarrassed. I give up on trying to fight him and he puts everything back in the bag and tosses it in the corner.
"I knew snooping was a good idea. I just had a feeling." He says satisfied. We sit criss cross on the bed and make it so our knees touch. My face returns to its usual color. "You know what?" Aidan asks.
"What?" I say playing along.
Aidan lowers his voice to a whisper and leans in a little, "I bet you would look really sexy in those." He keeps a smirk on the whole time and I feel my face turn red once again. He smirks even deeper at my reaction and looks down, backing away.
My mind wanders, wow, what if Aidan saw me in that? I wonder...that would be pretty great...ok ok, stop.
Harper, get yourself under control.
Aidan clears his throat and I blink, snapping out of my daze. Thank goodness, who knows where that could've gone.
"Daydreaming were you?"
I scoff and roll my eyes. "In your dreams."
Aidan's smirk only grows but he changes the subject. "So what do you plan on doing after schools out?" I'm taken aback a bit by his random comment but shake it off.
"Um, well I have a few schools in mind like UCLA, BSU, or even a school down in Utah close to where my sister goes to college." I say. I remember yesterday how he told me I could go to Juilliard or a school for the arts.
"Mmmmm." He hums listening. "I know I said this already, but you're really talented, you could definitely get into a musical school."
