  Meeting each other again

After finally 3 years of training, it was the time to face Fleetway. Sonic and Shadow were flying over to the are were Knuckles, Rouge, and Silver agree to meet up. "Wow I can't believe it already has been three years I wonder how things have changed?" Sonic asked. "I don't think things have changed much it's only been 3 years after all" said Shadow. "I want to see how much the others have improved maybe we will be surprise" said Sonic, "Hmm! They better have improved" said Shadow. Then they looked down and saw the van, "Hey Shadow look it has to be Rouge's van, "Well I do seance the red one and it seems he has been training allot" said Shadow they both flew down. "Rouge! Knuckles!" Sonic called waving from above, they both looked up, "Sonic, Shadow!" Knuckles and Rouge called. They both landed on the ground, "Well I was afraid you both wouldn't show up or have forgotten" said Knuckles, "We gods have a sharp mind" said Shadow. Rouge went from the van to them, "Wow Sonic, Shadow you sure haven't change a bit but I bet your allot stronger. Sonic tilt his head and notice Rouge was holding something, it looked like a baby version of herself but with long quills and the little baby had purple eyes and a green bow. Rouge had put a little green dress on her very cute, "Umm Rouge what is that?" Sonic asked, "Huh oh this is just my baby girl Chloe" said Rouge smiling, "Oh so you had a baby" said Sonic he smile at little Chloe, Chloe gaze at him and then hide her little face on Rouge's chest. "She's so cute" said Sonic, "And I though you said you were going to train?" Shadow asked, "I did train you will be surprise how much I have improve" said Knuckles. Shadow turned his attention to Rouge and her baby, "How old is that baby?" Shadow asked, "About 10 months" said Rouge, "I bet those were ten mouths less of training" said Shadow, Knuckles started to blush allot. "Don't worry I keep him on track during all this time" said Rouge, "I can imagine" said Shadow. "Hey! You'll be surprise when I am the one kicking Fleetway's butt after all GUN has good training systems" said Knuckles. "I don't know what that is but I am more concern with our fight" said Shadow. "Wait but where is Silver?" Sonic asked, "Well from all this years I only had contact with him only once last year I don't know if he will be coming" said Knuckles. "Then that means it's just you, me, and Sonic" said Shadow, Knuckles nod. "I think you should go home now Rouge I really hate if you and Chloe be here during the fight" said Knuckles, "No way, I came here to see you fight. Don't I'll just see a quick round and then I'll leave" said Rouge holding Chloe close. Sonic smiled and played with Chloe with his finger, Chloe looked at his finger curiously and tried to grab it. "So when did all this happen?" Shadow asked, "Well you know how things go, you fall in love with who you least expect and before you know it your planing a family" said Knuckles. "Planing a family?" Shadow asked as he watch how Sonic played with little Chloe, Rouge was now sitting on the ground with Chloe on her lap. Sonic was making funny faces making Chloe laugh, Rouge giggled "She likes you" said Rouge, "She's so adorable she's like a miny you" said Sonic. "You never seen a baby before?" Rouge asked, "Well I know what they are and I have seen a few but it's been a long time since I actually seen one" said Sonic. "Well have you ever though of having a family?" Rouge asked, "Huh no not really" said Sonic. "Maybe you should I bet you would make a great mother" said Rouge, "You think so?" Sonic asked.

Knuckles and Shadow waited for a while to see what they were going to do, "So what now? Do you think he will come to us?" Knuckles asked, "Either that or we will have to go to find him" said Shadow. "I would hate if we have to do that" said Knuckles, "Just keep your eyes pilled" said Shadow. "You know you two don't have to wait you can just search for him in my computer" said Rouge, "Wait you can search for him?" Knuckles asked. "Yes after all the data GUN was able to get from you we made a system where it would help us find most locations of gods or either demons" said Rouge she got up holding Chloe with one hand and went inside to look for her computer and brought it out. Rouge then sat down again and started to search on her computer to check, "So?..." Knuckles asked. "Easy Knuckie I don't work that fast" said Rouge, as she continue to search for him and the found his exact location, "Here he is" said Rouge. Knuckles went to check on the computer, "He is just standing there ... Why?" Knuckles asked, "What do you see?" Shadow asked. "Well it seems he is just sitting there" said Knuckles, "That's not right" said Rouge, "What isn't?" Sonic asked. "It seems here this is not stable but I just put all the data I had", Chloe looked at the screen curiously and when she saw her mother press some buttons she pressed a button as well. Rouge then notice that the system return back to normal, "Oh way to go Chloe" said Knuckles petted her little head, "That's my little girl smart like her mama" said Rouge. Chloe looked up and giggled since she didn't know what else to do, "Okay it says here that ... He is still in the same spot it seems like he is there just to be there" said Rouge. "Maybe he is creating a plan or something" said Sonic, "Well we have 2 choices wait till he strikes or we strike first" said Shadow, "I'm not going to wait for him to strike I will go after him" said Knuckles as be quickly flew away, "Wait Knuckles!" Rouge called, "What's the matter?" Sonic called, "How does he expect to attack if he doesn't know what Fleetway is doing exactly" said Rouge as she closed her computer.

"Then it seems that Shadow and I will have to stop him" said Sonic. Shadow nod and flew up going after Knuckles. "Rouge what about you?" Sonic asked, "Don't worry I have GUN in my contacts I'll just take a helicopter" said Rouge. Sonic nod and flew up going after them, Rouge watch as they left and waited about a few minutes till the helicopter landed, "So Chloe want a little ride to go follow daddy?" Rouge asked, Chloe looked at the helicopter amazed. Rouge got in and put Chloe on the side with the little baby seat she had instal, Chloe looked around since it was her first time in a helicopter. Rouge turned the helicopter on and used the little scanner to find Knuckles and she manage to track him down. "Well it seems we found daddy now lets go look for him" said Rouge as she fly it over to the direction where the others were heading.

Knuckles was flying full speed Shadow was surprise it was actually hard to keep up with him. "He must have gotten stronger during the years after all" though Shadow, as he then speed up more and then stops. Knuckles stopped not too far from him either, "Do you feel that?" Knuckles asked. "Yes" said Shadow, he looked around and seances, Shadow and Knuckles flew down and didn't saw anything. "It feels like Fleetway but how did he get from where he was to here?" Knuckles asked, Shadow looked around, "It's not Fleetway he couldn't have gotten this strong" said Shadow. Then the energy disappeared, "Shadow!" Sonic called standing next to the black hedgehog. "Sonic, did you feel anything strange?" Shadow asked, "No I though you two found Fleetway" said Sonic. Shadow was starting to get worried how can a power like that appear out of no where and then disappear like nothing. "Lets try to ignore whatever happen, I have a idea why not have a little walk before he battle Fleetway, it's nice to feel the sweet breeze of fall" said Sonic walking. "I don't get it, how can Sonic be so calmed?" Knuckles asked, "That's just Sonic's nature he is always like this but he is right why should we put so much pressure on ourselves?" Shadow then started to walk and went directly behind Sonic. "I just hope Rouge doesn't come after us" though Knuckles as he followed Shadow. Sonic started to look around and put his hands behind his back, Sonic then suddenly stop and looked up at the sky that seem to fit perfectly with the image of the orange trees. Sonic looked at Shadow that was right behind him, "What?" Shadow asked, Sonic gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, Shadow blush "Huh? What was that for?" He asked. "Because I think it's just cute when you follow me like that" said Sonic, Shadow crossed his arms. "Aww you know I love you so much" said Sonic and was about to give him a kiss on the cheek but Shadow grabbed Sonic's shoulder leaving him thoughtfully "Huh?" "Not on the cheek, on the lips" whisper Shadow in Sonic's ear making him blush. Shadow then gave Sonic a kiss on the lips, it's been a long time since they act like that, most of this years they concentrated on training they didn't reflect much in their life. Shadow wrapped his arms around Sonic holding him close. Sonic put his arms around Shadow's neck so he could enjoy the kiss as well, Shadow broke the kiss for air. Shadow cuddle his head to Sonic, Sonic could feel Shadow's deep purrs. "I love it when you hold me like this and cuddle me, it makes me know how much I love you" said Sonic his cheeks were a red color, Shadow kiss his cheek "I always love you and always will" said Shadow.

Sonic loved to hear those words from Shadow's mouth, "I can't wait till it's night so we can cuddle like always" said Sonic putting his head on Shadow's chest. "And you were saying about being dedicate to your training?" Knuckles asked putting his hands on his hips, Sonic hide his face in a surprise on Shadow's chest. Shadow blush allot looking at Knuckles, "Well at least we haven't reproduce yet" said Shadow. "It's a step in marriage! Butt out!" Knuckles yelled blushing a bright red, Shadow, Sonic, and Knuckles continue to walk. Rouge was close to where they were, "Well it seems nothing is happening yet and Fleetway is not noticeable in my screen" said Rouge as she was concentrating, Chloe was moving her little hands around. Then she saw a walkie talkie and grabbed it and put it in her mouth, "no honey I know they are allot of fun but you can't have it" said Rouge took it away. Chloe reached out to the walkie talkie, but she couldn't reach and looked down started to sob, Rouge looked at her and then quickly looked around and gave her a little phone, "Here you can have my phone it's much more fun" said Rouge. Chloe looked at it sadly and grabbed the phone, "Much better?" Rouge asked a little nervous, Chloe press a button and it turned on and she looked at it surprise and started to press allot of buttons. Rouge called Knuckles on her screen, "Yes Rouge?" Knuckles asked, "Well it seems that nothing impressive is happening right now so what are you doing?" Rouge asked, "Sonic and Shadow wanted to take a walk I'll be close by just in case" said Knuckles, "Alright then me and Chloe will head back to the GUN base, say bye bye to daddy Chloe" said Rouge, Chloe looked at the screen and saw it was Knuckles and started to make sound trying to grab him and making noises, "Aba Aba!" said Chloe, "I love you too honey see you later" said Knuckles hanging up. "Well that takes care of that lets go" said Rouge as she turned the helicopter around but the the felt like she was stuck, "What the?" Rouge tried to move the helicopter foreword but it wouldn't move, "What's going on?" Rouge asked she then saw Fleetway was in the way holding the helicopter, "Huh!" Rouge was surprised. Fleetway reached up grabbed one of the rotors tearing it off, "Ahh!" Rouge yelled. Then he watch as the helicopter fall, Rouge quickly took her seatbelt off and grabbed Chloe taking her out as fast as she could and fly out. Rouge flew up and hold Chloe tight as the helicopter exploded, Chloe started to cry since she got scared.

"You fool you could have hurt my baby!" Rouge yelled at Fleetway, Fleetway just made a punch from the distance. Force it came with made a strong wind "Huh! Ah!" Rouge and Chloe were blown away. "Foolish bat girl" said Fleetway, Knuckles watch seemed to have been acting weird, "Hmm?" Knuckles tried to communicate with Rouge, "Rouge? Rouge can you hear me?" Knuckles asked. "What's wrong Knuckles?" Sonic asked, "The signal from the helicopter is gone.." He said. Then all three felt a strong power, "That power, it's Fleetway" said Shadow, "Then that means, Rouge and Chloe!" Knuckles quickly ran following the power having Shadow and Sonic ran beside him.
