Allright before you Onision fans start getting angry, let me get something out there.

I used to think Onision was pretty cool. His videos were funny and he's super honest with himself and his fans. He's blunt and straight to the point, which is what everyone likes about him. But if I say that I'm not a fan of him, someone will say I only dislike him because he's honest and I'm scared of hearing the harsh truth or something like that. And that's not true.

Yes, Onision is very honest and I admire that about him. I'm known as pretty blunt as well, I like to say what I want to say but I still have a sense of filter. There's a point of honesty where it's not honesty anymore, it's just rude. And he doesn't make them sound like opinions. He makes them sound like he's right. That he's always right.

Onision gets on my nerves because he crosses too many boundaries. For example, he talks about respecting other cultures and then he makes a racist joke about Mexicans or Asians and I'm like; what? Ok...?

I think there are many things you think in your mind, but you don't need to say all of them out loud. For example, if you don't like the way someone's hair looks when you're walking down the street, are you going to stop them and tell them they need to change it?

I had a friend who was like that once; we don't talk anymore. We used to be close. She was in the inner circle of my friend group, so it was like maybe five of us who were all buddy-buddy. By the second year of hanging out with her, we noticed that our relationship with her wasn't great at all. She called herself 'honest'. And okay, at first I thought it was great that she could say her opinion so easily and stand up for herself or whatever. But when someone was hurting or talking about something they cared about, she was so quick to tell us it sucked, or that we're crying about 'nothing'. I mean, her opinion definitely counts. But there were certain moments where we thought she said too much. Maybe she wasn't a bad person. It's just that we weren't compatible, that's all.

Basically, her relationship with me ended first. She just said too much. She wasn't honest, she was rude.

And surprise, surprise, she's a fan of Onision.

Anyway, Onision can do whatever he wants but I'll probably never like him. I'm sorry ://
