This is it the time has come! Kim is about to battle her father, the champion of Kanto! Will she be able to beat him and win the title of champion of Kanto?
When we last left our trainers, Kim had just won her battle against Lance of the elite four and found out that she is about to battle her father for the title of Champion of Kanto! The battle is about to begin! Each trainer is using six Pokémon! Who will Kim choose to use? Keep reading and find out....
Kim: are you ready dad?
Champion Red: yes, ready when you are! Here is my first Pokémon!
He sends out a Venusaur!
Kim: ok here we go! Come on out Charizard!
Out comes Kim's first Pokémon Charizard!
Champion Red: huh so you too have a Charizard!
Kim: yep I do! It was my first Pokémon that I got from Professor Oak! I own all but one of the origanal 151 Pokémon! The only one that I am missing is Mewtwo!
Champion Red: 151 Pokémon? Wait so that means that you have Mew? You also chose Charmander as your first Pokémon?
Kim: yep! It's at the professor's lab! Yeah I heard from mom that you too chose Charmander as your first Pokémon!
Champion Red: I am so proud of you Kim! Wow I can't believe that once you catch Mewtwo you will have surpassed me in the Pokémon collecting challenge for the Pokédex!
Kim: Yes I know! We can talk more about this topic after the battle is over! Let's battle!
Referee: Battle begin!
Kim: Charizard use flamethrower!
Champion Red: Venusaur use toxic!
Kim: quick fly up to dodge it!
The flamethrower hit hard and burns the Venusaur. Charizard avoids the poisoning of toxic!
Kim: way to go now use a combo of flame charge, and dragon pulse! The two moves combine to become one strong move! It hits the Venusaur and the Venusaur faints!
Champion Red: what, no! Ok then come on out Blastoise!
Kim: return Charizard! Pikachu it's your turn girl!
Champion Rad: oh going with Pikachu! Wise choice!
Referee: begin!
Kim: Pikachu use thunderbolt!
Champion Red: use ice punch!
The two moves collide, but Pikachu's thunderbolt is slightly more powerful! It hits the Blastoise!
Kim: time for a secret weapon use striking surf!(combo move use thunderbolt and surf!)
Champion Red: wait surf? That Pikachu knows surf?
Kim: yep! It sure does!
Champion Red: use signal beam!
The move doesn't stand a chance of forming! Pikachu hits the Blastoise with the super charged thunderbolt and it faints!
Champion Red: unbelievable Lance might be right! I am not going to give in a bit though! Snorlax come on out!
Kim: um that is a little tricky she then thinks ok hey let's try this Pokémon! Come on out Poliwrath!
