Our trainers are about to begin there first gym battle in Johto!
Kim: I am so excited! Let's go!
Kris: right behind you!
The three trainers enter the gym and approach the gym leader Falkner!
Kim: we are here to battle for the gym badge!
Falkner: all of you are here to battle me?
Kris: yep!
Falkner: Wow I don't remember the last time I had three people challenging the gym at once!
Jonathan: that is what every gym leader we have ever battled with says!
Falkner: ok whose going first?
Kim: me!
Falkner: Ok does a six on six battle work for you?
Kim: yeah I have more than six Pokémon on me so that sounds awesome!
Falkner: ok then here is my first Pokémon! Out comes Hoothoot!
Kim: Flaaffy spotlight! Use Thundershock!
Falkner: fly up and then use peck!
The Thundershock hit and was extremely strong!
Falkner: we won't give up that easy! Use hypnosis!
Kim: quick use Thundershock again!
The thundershock knocks out the Hoothoot !
Kim: yes one down five more to go!
Falkner: Hoothoot return you did well! Spearow it's your turn!
Kim: use Thundershock!
Falkner: use aerial ace!
The two moves collide and create a cloud of smoke! When the smoke rises Spearow is fainted!
Falkner: no! Thanks Spearow take a good rest! Pidegotto come on out!
Kim: ah now this looks like an awesome Pidgeotto! Mined if I let mine out to watch yours?
Falkner: oh you have a Pidgeotto?
Kim: yes Speedy come on out! A stream of light flashes as Speedy comes out of the Pokéball!
Kim: Speedy watch this Pidgeotto it looks quiet strong! Maybe you can learn a move or two!
Speedy: Pidgeotto ! ( ok I will watch closely!)
Kim: Flaffy return! Thunder lets give you a turn!
Referee: begin!
Kim: Thunder use Thundershock!
Falkner: use twister!
The two collide however the twister is stronger! It sends it back towards Thunder!
Kim: quick send it back with electro ball!
Thunder does as told and sends it back towards Pidgeotto !
Falkner: quick send it back with wing attack!
Back and forth the moves go until an explosion erupts sending the two Pokémon flying backwards!
Suddenly there is a glow from Kim's corner! Thunder evolves into Ampharos!
Thunder: Ampharos cry! (Look Kim I have evolved for you!)
