When we last left our trainers, they were on there way to Oreburgh City. This will be the first city with a Pokémon gym. As usual Kim and Max are up first!
Max: Morning Kim ready to head to Oreburgh City?
Kim: yep as soon as these sleepyheads wake up we should move out! I bet there will be lots of wild Pokémon and Trainers to battle on the way!
Max: there usually are!
The both of them laugh.
The two of them grabbed breakfast and headed to the table. May wakes up and joins them.
May: Hey guys what are you talking about?
Kim: oh we are talking about the first Pokémon gym.
May: I'm here for the Pokémon contest! So I'm not sure what to say other than good luck!
Kim: oh they have those here? Thanks for the luck!
Max: yeah thanks for the luck sis!
May: yeah Dawn is a coordinator and so was her mother. No problem, although I don't think you need it Kim, your a great trainer!
Kim: well maybe Kris and I will do more contest as well!
May: sure I know you did quite well in the ones back in Hoenn.
Kim: thanks! Oh you know what I think I want to train my Chansey so that its friendship will grow and it will become a Blissey!
She calls Professor Oak and gets Chansey to take on her adventure.
Max: Blissey is a awesome Pokémon! But it may take awhile whet it's happiness up!
Kim: I know but I need a Blissey for my Pokédex!
Jonathan and Kris wake up and join Kim and the others.
Jonathan: morning everyone, sorry to keep you all waiting. I was having a wonderful dream and did not want to wake up from it!
Kris: I am ready to head to the next City who else is with me?
Kim: me!
Max: me!
May: sure that's one more city closer to the contest place!
Kris: oh that's right you don't do gym battles. I totally forgot! I also want to do Contest!
May: it's ok I enjoy cheering you all on! Plus I'm having fun catching new Pokémon!
Kim: let's finish eating breakfast so that we can head out!
Our trainers finish their breakfast and start heading east towards route 203. They enter the route and see trainers and grass with wild Pokémon.
Kim: wow look I just saw a Chimchar! Your mine!
Kim brings out her Piplup and battles the Chimchar. Kim throws a pokéball and catches the Chimchar.
Kim: alright I now have all three starter Pokémon!
Suddenly Kim's Piplup evolves into a Prinplup.
Max: wow that was quick!
Suddenly Max is attacked by a Turtwig.
Max: wow that's a Turtwig I'm going to catch it!
Max battles the Turtwig with his Chimchar and then catches it in a pokéball.
Kim: awesome you got another starter Pokémon Max! Let's keep moving everyone, it might not be much further!
Trainer: you, *pointing to Kim* let's battle!
