Our new adventure begins with our three trainers arriving in Goldenrod city and then flying on their Charizard to New Bark Town!
Professor Elm: welcome trainers to the Johto region! I am the professor for this region and I have three special Pokémon that are waiting to meet you!
Inside the lab....
Professor Elm: please each of you choose a starter Pokémon to start your new adventure with!
Kim: wow they are so cool! Are there any girls?
Professor Elm: yes the Totodile and Chikorita both are girls!
Kim: wow that is so cool! I want one of them!
Kris: me too!
Jonathan: I think I want the Cyndaquil! It looks like an awesome Pokémon! Besides Squirtle was my first back in Kanto, and this time I want to start with a different type!
Pikachu: Pikachu!
Professor Elm: Whoa where did that Pikachu come from?
Kim: oh it's mine! She wanted to tag along!
Professor Elm: hey it has blue eyes!
Kim: yeah she is a surfing Pikachu!
Professor Elm: really? I have never seen a surfing Pikachu!
Kim: let's go over to the water after we are done choosing our Pokémon and I will show you in action! Since Pikachu can surf, I think I will choose Chikorita for my starter! I am sure that I can find wild Totodile and Cyndaquil so that I can end up with all three! I want to become a Pokémon master and fill my Pokédex!
Kris: I guess that means that I get Totodile!
Kim: does Chikorita know attract?
Professor Elm: yes I believe it does!
Kim: Awesome! Let's go out and watch Pikachu surf on the water!
After Pikachu uses surf....
Professor Elm: whoa that was amazing! Oh here before I forget take these Pokéballs with you! He hands each of them ten Pokéballs to use on there trip! I also want to make sure that your Pokédex is up to date with Johto Pokémon! He checks all three Pokédex.
Professor Elm: Yep you three are ready to go!
Kim, Kris and Jonathan: Thanks a lot
Professor Elm: have fun oh I almost forgot here is my number so that you can call me if you find anything awesome on your trip, or do anything exciting!
Kim: ok we will! Thanks, and Bye!
Professor Elm: bye and good luck!
The trainers walk through the grass of route 29.
Kim: wonder what kind of Pokémon we will find around here?
Just then a Sentret pops up out of the grass!
Kim: wow a new Pokémon I must catch it!
Kris: wait up! Another Sentret appears at Kris's feet!
Jonathan: wow am I going to find one to?
Kim uses her Chikorita to battle and catch the Sentret! Kris catches her Sentret after a battle against her Totodile! Jonathan decides to look in the grass he also finds a Sentret and battles it with his Cyndaquil! He then catches it.
