We are now in Pastoria City, Yay! As usual kim is the first up followed by Max.
Kim: morning Max, hope you slept well!
Max: I sure did hope you slept well too!
Kim: I did! Better than last night!
Max's stomach starts to growl.
Kim: seams someone is hungry!
Max: yeah I guess I am!
Kim's stomach then growls loudly.
Max: looks like you are too!
Kim: guilty as charged! Let's go get some breakfast while we wait for the others to wake up!
Max: good idea!
Kim and Max walk into the dining room and get some breakfast.
Kim: I think I'll have the French toast!
Max: me too!
Kim: extra syrup please!
Max: same!
Kim and Max eat breakfast quietly. For awhile all you could hear was the scraping of the forks on the plates.
Kim: so Max, do you know what the next type Pokémon gym we will be facing?
Max: um let me try to remember. Um I think it was a water gym!
Kim: water types hmm.... ok well I guess Pikachu, Grotle, And Luxio will be battling.
Max: yeah I think I'll use my Shinx and Turtwig in battle. I also might get my surfing Pikachu from My parents. I miss that guy!
Kim: yeah why don't you! He could help you at the gym!
Max: you know what, I think I will!
While Kim and Max are talking Jonathan and Kris enter the room and grab their breakfasts.
Jonathan: hey guys what are you two talking about?
Kris: yeah we want to know what's going on!
Kim: nosy much! Just kidding, we were talking about the next Pokémon gym.
Max: I'm going to call my parents and have them send over my surfing Pikachu, I miss that boy!
Max leaves to calls his parents so that he can get his surfing Pikachu!During his conversation with his parents he reveals that May is not with him. He tells them that she is back in Hearthome city practicing for contests with a friend named Dawn and will be rejoining the group later.
After he gets off the phone....
He returns to the group with his buddy Pikachu on his shoulder. Jonathan and the others are chatting when he returns.
Jonathan: after breakfast I'm going Pokémon hunting, anyone care to join me?
Kim: you know I would love to!
Kris: sure I'll join! It might be good training for the Pokémon gym!
Kim: yeah that's what I was thinking as well!
Max: might as well! It
Jonathan and Kris finish breakfast and then the four trainers head to the Great Marsh.
Kim: I think I just saw a Skorupi!
Jonathan: so did I!
Kris: Me too!
Kim, Jonathan, and Kris throw Safari balls and catches their Skorupi. Kim finds a Drapion and catches it as well.
Max: hey cool a Tropius!
