Wow our Trainers have arrived in Icirrus City. The day before they had a battle in the Mistralton gym and won their 7th badge. Now they have come to Icirrus City to battle for their 8th badge. As usual Kim and Max are up early and are heading to get breakfast.
Kim: Good morning Max. Did you sleep well?
Max: yeah I slept like a log! What about you?
Kim: same!
Kim and Max grab Pancakes for their breakfast.
Kim: Hey Max, want to train some after breakfast? I could use some practice before we go to the Pokémon gym.
Max: sure sounds good to me! I could always use the training! My Pokémon are not near as strong as yours are!
Kim and Max finish their breakfast and leave a note for Kris and Jonathan. They then head out of the Pokémon center and head north to Dragonspiral Tower.
Kim: whoa look at this place!
There is a glow from Kim's backpack.
Max: um Kim I think one of your Pokémon eggs is hatching!
Kim: really? Oh yeah it is! Wait there are three eggs hatching!
The three Pokémon egg hatch into a shiny Tepig, a regular colored Snivy, and a Shiny Oshawott.
Kim: oh wow another Snivy, Shiny Oshawott, and shiny Tepig! I think I will evolve them since I need the middle evolutions!
Kim is suddenly attacked by a Cubchoo.
Kim: ah an Ice type. Perfect for my training! Shiny Tepig stay out and use Ember and flame charge. Shiny Oshawott and Snivy return!
The move hits the wild Cubchoo and it faints.
Kim: way to go Shiny Tepig!
Kim finds another Cubchoo. She battles it with her shiny Tepig.
Kim: Shiny Tepig use ember and flame charge.
The move hits and faints the Cubchoo.
Kim: way to go shiny Tepig, I knew you were quite strong!
Kim notices that her shiny Tepig was getting tired.
Kim: return, you deserve a good rest!
Suddenly Kim is attacked by another Pokémon. It's a Mienfoo.
Kim: woah Max check it out, it's a Mienfoo! I'm going to catch it!
Max was also in a battle against a Mienfoo. He battles and catches it. Kim quickly battles the Mienfoo with one of her Girl Tranquill and it evolves into a Female Unfezant. She then catches the wild Mienfoo.
Kim: yes that's one more for the Pokédex! By the way, nice job evolving Unfezant!
Kris and Jonathan wake up and have breakfast. They head out and find Kim and Max. They are suddenly both attacked by Mienfoo. They battle and catch them.
Kris: sweet this Mienfoo will help in the next gym!
Kim: that's what I was thinking as well!
Max: it looks like we all caught one.
Jonathan: yep I've got one as well!
Kim: let's see what other types of Pokémon are hiding in these grasses.
Kim and the others walk further into the grass. Jonathan, Max, and Kris are attacked by wild Pokémon. Kim spots a Pokémon over in a darker shade of grass.
Kim: wait a minute is that a Vanillish? I must have it!
Kim goes over to the darker grass and is immediately attacked by the wild Vanillish. She battles and catches it. She uses her Shiny Tepig and it evolves into a shiny Pignite during the battle.
