Our chapter begins like any normal morning. Kim wakes up early and goes out to train. On the way to the grass on route 37 she talks to Pikachu.
Kim: hey Pikachu you looked good in your battle yesterday, but I think we still need to work on your weaknesses.
Pikachu: pika, pika, pika, pika, chu, chu, Pikachu! (Yeah your right, we always need to practice)
They get to the grass and start looking for Pokémon. Hey look is that a Stantler?
Kim sends out Pikachu and battles it. After awhile she throws a pokéball and catches it.
Kim: yes I got a Stantler.
She looks in the grass some more. She finds and battles several Ledyba with one of her Yanma. During the last battle the Yanma learns Ancient Power and evolves into Yanmega.
She then thinks to herself I probably should call the professor and get my shiny Ganger for the gym battle today. Ghost are strong against other ghost.
She calls Professor Oak.
Professor Oak: hello Kim my you are up early today! What can I help you with?
Kim: yeah it seams that I always wake up really early. It seams I always wake before Jonathan and Kris. I am out training and thought I would like to use my shiny Ganger in my gym battle today against Morty.
Professor Oak: sure here he comes. Anyone else you need?
Kim: no just shiny Gangar.
Professor Oak: any new Pokémon?
Kim: well not since the new Eevee evolution. Wait yes I did get a Stantler, another Magmar, a Baby Suicune, Miltank, and a normal and shiny Snubbull. Two of my Pokémon evolved recently. Oh and I just rescued a shiny Fearow from a trainer that was abusing it.
Professor Oak: my you've been busy! Wait did you say baby Suicune?
Kim: yes I did, I'll let you see it soon! Hey will you send me all my Pokémon eggs so I can hatch and trade them.
Professor Oak: here they come there sure are a lot of them.
Kim: thanks got them. Well I got to go bye professor!
Professor Oak:bye Kim!
Kim sees a tree and tells Pikachu to use headbutt on it.
Out of the tree falls a Spinarak.
Kim: Typhlosion use ember!
The Spinarak uses nightshade
Kim throws a pokéball at the Spinarak and catches it.
Kim then heads back to the Pokémon center to heal her Pokémon and wait for Jonathan and Kris to wake up.
Jonathan: there you are, you where training I presume?
Kim: yes after that battle yesterday I thought Pikachu and I needed to train more.
Kris: so are you ready now?
Kim: yes let do this!
The three trainers walk to the gym.
Kim: we are here to challenge the gym leader!
Morty: ah Kim, Kris, and Jonathan I presume?
