For this chapter, the poems reflect the feeling of falling in love.
My Love For You
Oh my sweet, my love for you
dost give me strength.
No fierce wind
nor raging sea
could ever take away my love for thee.
But if thou was ever taken
away from me,
If by a fierce wind
or raging sea,
Then I would be as weak
and deprived as a willow tree.
For my love for you, my sweet,
Is a love that no man would fleet.
No man wouldn't take the risk
of your dangerous love.
A treacherous love that threatens
to age and rot,
But may blossom into the bud
of a darling rose, so why not?
No fierce wind
nor raging sea
Would ever keep a man
from his love for thee.
But if thou hast to leave,
And force a man like me to grieve,
My heart dost tear in two-
At the thought of being away
from you.
Your blossoming rose
may wither and dither,
But even if thou grew
to hast no love for me,
And left with the raging sea,
I would never stop loving thee.
Even if I am as weak as a willow tree,
Even if my heart hast been broken
in two,
By my sweet, none other than you.
My love will never perish,
Nor will I never cherish
My love for you
that gave me strength,
That no fierce wind
nor raging sea,
Could ever take away from thee.
Thou hast my heart.
Thou hast my soul.
I give it to thee
For thou to keep safe
or break in two,
And make me as strong
as a tenacious force
or as weak as a willow tree,
By leaving with the fierce wind
Or the raging sea.

The Fall
The fall for you
Was completely out of the blue.
Falling for you was unexpected
And certainly not suspected.
My fall for you was terrifying
And absolutely petrifying.
The fall for you
Was when I didn't have a clue.
Falling for you was as fast as lightening
And that certainly made it quite frightening.
My fall for you was exciting
And absolutely striking.
There are many ways to describe the fall for you,
One being that it's the best thing I'll ever do.
And knowing that you love me too,
Tells me that our love is true.
So as I fall for you,
You fall for me too.
