* Thomas' POV *
When I got down the stairs after changing into swimming trunks and a vest top, I looked through the doorway of the living room to find Alice playing monster truck games with Morgan and Daniel. I was certain they both had a crush on her!
"Alice do you like my truck?!"
"Alice doesn't like your truck! Mine is better!"
"Now come on, I like both of your trucks! And I like these cars too!"
They both blushed and looked up at her.
"Alice likes me more than you!"
"No way Daniel! Alice likes me waaayyy more than you!"
"Nuh uh! Alice likes me thiiissss much!"
Daniel sat up and moved his arms so they were wide apart.
"Alice doesn't like you that much! She likes me way more than that! Like, uh, times ten!"
"Morgan, Daniel, I like you both the same!"
"How much?"
They both asked at the same time. I was stood at the doorway now, smiling.
Alice stood up and stretched her arms to show them how much.
"This much."
The boys looked like they had just won a flight to Disneyland for the whole year.
I walked into the living room and when I got behind Alice, I placed my arm around her waist.
"Oh Thomas, hey."
The boys glared up at me so I stuck my tongue out.
"Alice Alice look what Thomas is doing!"
"Thomas, don't tease them."
"Yeh Thomas."
"Whatever, hey Daniel, Morgan?"
"What?" They both said.
"Guess how much Alice likes me."
They glared at me even more as I started to stretch my arms out and Alice giggled. By this time, Maria and David had joined the room.
"No fair! Alice no!!"
"Aw see Thomas, now look what you've done!" Alice gestured to the two boys that were stomping their feet while she laughed.
"Oh well." I wrapped my arm back around Alice's waist and saw Maria beam at the corner of my eye.
"Okay, Alice and I are going out."
"Oh well have fun!"
"Yeh, bye."
"Bye Maria, David."
She bent down to give the toddlers a hug.
"Bye Daniel, Morgan! I had fun playing with your cars, we'll do it again next time okay?"
"Woo!" They chorused and hugged her back. It was adorable watching their usually cheeky faces turn into cute happy ones when they were with Alice.
After she got back up, I took her hand and pulled her out of the room so we could go to our destination.
"How long does it take to get there?"
We had been in the car for half an hour.
"About an hour and a half so we've got a little while yet, sorry..."
"It's okay, I feel like we're on a road trip."
She put her head on the back of the seat and opened the window so the wind blew strands of her blonde hair away from her face.
