Halloween Special: Blood Bath

This is a chapter dedicated to Halloween. Just to make it clear: this is NOT what actually happens haha, enjoy!

* Alice's POV *

My eyes burst open when I felt a pair of hands shaking me. I could see Olivia in front of me with widened, terrified eyes.

"Olivia? What are you doing?!"

I pushed her off me hard enough that she stumbled back where the others stood. After my eyes had swept over them, I immediately noticed the blood on their shirts and hands.

"W-what the hell is going on?!"

"We need to get out of here." Luke sounded truly petrified.

"Tell me what the hell is going on!"

Suddenly, a hand slammed against the window on the door and dragged down it, leaving a trail of blood.

"What the fuck?!"

I sat up in my bed and gripped the sheets.

"W-we don't know! Everyone on the streets are..." Penny completely broke down and started shaking violently.

"People are walking around and...and...eating p-people." Zack finished her sentence.

"W-what?"

"A-and the people they eat...t-they turn into one of them too..."

"Are you guys fucking kidding me? Is this your idea of some sick joke?!"

"N-"

"Thomas is dead and your all trying to make me believe there's a zombie fricken apocalypse?!"

"No Alice! We're serious! We need to get out if here!" Olivia had her hands in her hair as she started panicking.

Another loud bang came from the hand slamming on the door, which made me jump in fear.

"So this is real?" I wasn't sure if I wanted to hear the answer...

"Yes! That's one of the fuckers now!"

We all looked at the hand that was now clawing at the door with ragged nails.

"What are we gonna do?!"

"Try to get the fuck out of here!"

"How did you's even get in?!"

"We snuck in but shot them when we bumped into one."

Zack pulled out a long rifle as he spoke and it was finally starting to sink in. I hoped to god that I was dreaming this all up because I was not in the mood for some lame blood bath seen on tv.

"This is real."

They slowly nodded there heads.

"Can't we not wait in here till they leave or something?"

"Yeh, we could totally do that right?!" Penny looked at everyone with hope filled eyes but Zack shook his head.

"That glass is gonna break soon and the chair against the door isn't gonna hold for very long."

"Then let's get the hell out of here."

I threw my sheet off and tried to get out of the bed. When I felt the pain in my leg, I huffed and sat back down.

"You's shouldn't have come, I'm just gonna slow you down."

"We couldn't leave you."

"To be honest, I wouldn't have minded if I died...at least I would be with t-"
