DREW.
"Good morning Mr. Carter." Ms. Rochelle said. I sat in the office wants again for the weekly secession. "Are you finally ready to open up or are we still going to play the cat and mouse game?"
"Can I go now?"
"Let's make a deal. You share something with me, in return you can have a day where you get to leave." I stroked my goatee.
"What's the catch?"
"You can't bullshit me. Believe it or not I want you to succeed. You just got to put the work in."
"Fine my only request is I get to leave whenever and wherever I want. No questions asked."
"Fine by me. I'll even take you."
"What do you want to talk about?"
"I noticed that two females that looked around the same age came that dropped you off. Who are they?"
"Those two are my baby moms."
"They are pretty they look like sisters. How did you meet them?"
"Next question."
"I understand you don't want to but we made a deal."
"Next question." I growled lowly.
"Why are you angry with your father?"
"I'm not angry with the nigga let's get that straight. Second he ain't shit, the only thing he worried about himself."
"Why do you say that?"
"All my life I had to live up to this high expectations he set up for me. Anything he asked me to do I would do it. Even when he would whoop my mom's ass I thought she deserved it. When I was thirteen he showed me the ropes and how to be a man. I never said anything when he would go to random women houses in the middle of the night. I just thought it all came with the lifestyle."
"I still don't understand."
"At sixteen he handed his empire over to me. He thought I was old enough to handle the business. Little did I know that he had something up his sleeve. I found out that some of my closes friends and employees were still working for him. Apparently he put a hit out on my head. He still thinks I don't know about it." She looked over at her phone then back at me.
"Thank you for finally sharing." She smiled at me. I nodded my head getting ready to walk out. "One more thing."
"Sup."
"Why won't you open up about the two girls?""Not the right time." I walked down the hall going to my bunk.
