Amber thoroughly enjoyed her time with her new friends. She learned that they were all different, personality & in looks.
She also learned that she had been stereotyping boys all along as just one general group.
One night at the movies watching a comedy, and she was already bonding over simple things like milkshake flavors and favorite colors.
Amber hadn't even spoken a word to Charlie that night. She didn't get to when she was laughing her head off with her new friends.
And at those moments, she forgot about the darkest times of her life and she kind of loved who she was.
She began to like her life.
