Amber twirled and turned to Hank as he followed behind her. She smiled at him and he just couldn't believe that a girl as beautiful as her didn't even see the beauty within herself.
Hopefully, she had changed, but there was a lingering doubt that she wasn't totally okay with who she was or how she looked.
"Do you want to come to Charlie's Halloween party tomorrow night?" she asked with a mischievous glint in her eye.
Hank smirked, "Do you want me to go or are you asking for Charlie?"
"A little bit of both, but more of I want you to go with me," she blushed in embarrassment.
He stuffed his hands in his pants and nodded, "Okay, I'll go with you."
