Chapter 12

*Harry*

"We're here!" I jump out of the bed and rush over to the window. I peer outside, and see the Space Station coming into view. I smile.

I rush into the room where Alice is sleeping, and gently shake her.

"Alice, love, we're here!" I say. Her eyes shoot open, wide with fear. She backs up.

"No no no!" She sobs. I scoop her up as we land.

"Shhh, it's ok." I whisper, trying to soothe her. "You're ok." Her heart pounds rapidly.

I set her down in the kitchen, and went into my room. I packed my bag, and then made my way back over to Alice.

"Your bag is right here." I pick her bag up that I packed for her, with her stuff from the dance, and things I stole from her house so she could have them here. She slowly takes the bag from me.

"Come on." I say. I reach out and take her hand. She winces. I pull her along and we exit the ship, into the bright Space Station. I sigh happily. "Home." I smile.

We head over to a watchman (what you humans would all a policeman) and he signs us out. He looks pretty normal, which makes Alice not freak out as much. Her heart is still pounding too fast though.

We head out, where a rocket car zooms over to us. She screams and jumps back, and I sigh.

"It's like a car." I say, with a forced smile. "Get in." I step in, and drag her in with me. The rocket is automatic, so it starts off, zooming into the sky, over the area. Alice cries out and clings to me. I wrap my arms around her, holding her close to me.

"Shhh you're ok." I assure her. "Don't be afraid." She trembles, closing her eyes tight, and hiding her face in my chest.

Soon, we land down, and the doors open. I step out, taking Alice with me. I start down the metal passage, holding her hand. We come to a huge round compartment house. Different things connected to it, and a big round center. There's different passageways and other things, and look who's waiting for me at the door.

"HARREEHH!!!"

"LOOUUEHH!!!" We run up to each other, hugging.

"Where is she?!" He says eagerly. I turn around and see Alice trembling on the driveway. I go over to her and take her hand, pulling her over to Louis. Alice backs away, and hides behind me. I know why. Louis' skin is an aqua mint color, his eyes an icy blue.

"She's right here." I say, stepping aside, and pulling Alice in front of me. She trembles, her figure so small and frail compared to Louis and me. Louis rushes over. Alice screams and jumps back, crying. Louis looks confused.

"What did I do wrong?"

"She's jus nervous and shy." I say. "Be gentle, ok?" He nods, and takes a few slow steps towards her. He takes her hand and lightly kisses it.

"Hi." He says with a smile. She squeezes her eyes shut.

"D-Don't t-touch me." She whispers. He lets go of her hand, frowning.

"Lou, she's scared. Don't take it personally, ok?" He nods his head.

"We should take her inside. She looks cold." He says. I nod my head.

"Good idea." I pull her along behind me. She tries to run off, but I wrap my arms around her and drag her with me.

The door opens, and there she is. Tetra. She growls, bereing her fangs at Alice. Alice screams and backs away. I growl.

"Back off, Tetra. Or you're gonna have a missing fang." She stomps her aluminum boot, and flips her black pony tail.

"You'll see." She snarls. "We can't trust humans." She turns and stomps off. I look down at a trembling and sobbing Alice.
