Chapter 34

*Zayn*

The House Of Demons. Pretty explanetory itself.

Sapphire dances over to the entrance. She looks at the tall black gate thoughtfully.

"Should we knock first?" She wonders aloud. I shrug.

"That, or we could just break in." Sapphire tries to open it, but it won't budge.

"Hm...it's locked."

"Then let's climb over." I suggest. She agrees, so we start over the fence.

We land on our feet on the other side, and so far, I don't see anything wrong.

Until we hear it.

Weird calls, moans, screams. Sapphire looks at me nervously. I bite my lip, not feeling to good about this myself.

Which, the only way out, if we want to get to Wizzia, is to go through this h' hole.

*Harry*

Mum walks over to me. She does NOT look happy.

"Can you please go talk to Tetra?" Mum asks, annoyed. I groan.

"Why?"

"Because!" She snaps. I slowly get up, kissing Alice's hand first. She blushes and I smile.

"Louis, stay with Alice." Louis nods and sits down next to her. Alice snuggles up into him.

I go to the door and knock on it.

"Tetra? It's Harry."

"Go away!" She snaps. But her voice cracks. Is she crying?

"Tetra..." No answer. "Don't make me come in there..." I warn. She doesn't seem to be phased by my threat. "Fine." I huff and burst inside.

Tetra is curled up in the corner of the bathroom, surrounded by tissues, crying. I frown and close the door, giving us some privacy.

"Tet, what's wrong?" I ask, sitting down beside her. I put my arm around her, but she pulls back. I frown.

"Go away." She growls.

"Not until you tell me what's wrong."

"No way." She sobs. I shake my head.

"I can stay here all day. Tell we what's up." She faces her back to me.

"You wouldn't care." She says quietly.

"Of course I care!" I say.

"No you don't. You're too worried about Alice." The way she said Alice's name, I know now why she's upset.

"Oh Tetra..." I say, feeling guilty. "I didn't know...I...you never told me..."

"Well it's a little late for that now. Why don't you leave me alone and head back to your princess?" I frown.

"Look, it's not my fault you never told me."

"You couldn't see?! Wow. And besides, you wouldn't have cared anyways. Everything would have still been the same, even if you knew."

"That's not true."

"Of course it is!" Her voice raises up a notch.

"Shh!" I shush her.

"Why? Is your soulmate sleeping?" She juts out her lip in a mocking way. She gets up and heads to the door. I grab her arm but she yanks away. "Don't touch me!" She growls. I get up too.

"Fine. I was just trying to talk to you." I stomp out of the bathroom and head towards Louis and Alice.

"Hey mate, what's up?" Lou asks. I frown.

"Nothing." I lie. I sit down next to them, and pull Alice closer to me.

"Mm...Harry?" She mumbles, half asleep. I smile.

"Yes, it's me." She wraps her arms around my waist and rests her head on my chest.

"I....love....you..." She mumbles tiredly.

Wait. Did she just say what I think she said?

She loves me?!

She could've just been mumbling things in her sleep. Or she could be serious. She meant to say that. She loves me.

"I love you too!" I say cheerfully. I kiss the top of her head and cover her shivering body with a blanket.

"Aww you guys are so cute together!" Louis gushes. I roll my eyes, but can't help but smile, too.

"Thanks." I say, and look down at-yes-my princess. She looks so beautiful and peaceful when she's asleep.

She is my world, my universe. And for as long as we have to stay here, I don't care. I have Alice. She makes me feel alive, despite my dead insides. She makes my heart pump again. She is my life. And I love her.
