Chapter 19

*Harry*

I rush up the stairs.

"Time? Already?!" I cry. Louis sighs.

"Just look at her!" He says. "I think it is time!" I shake my head, tears streaming down my face.

"I don't want to...it's so soon." I sob. Louis gives me a tight hug.

"I know." He murmurs. "But you have to." I suddenly nod my head, determined.

"You're right. I do."

*Alice*

Um, hey there Al! Welcome back to REALITY. Harry is going to mark you, there's seven days until you will no longer belong on Earth, and then let's no forget that soon you will start to fall in love with Harry. Wake up yet?

I can't do it any longer...I think I'll just give up. There's no way to escape.

But just think about it! You'll be stuck here forever!

I know. But I'm too weak, and Harry is saving me and taking care of me...maybe u just need to accept that.

Fine. Destroy yourself by staying here. Whatever.

*Seth*

"Hold on tight!" You have got to be kidding me. Seven freaking days I'll be stuck in here. And my chest still hurts like heck...

"How are you, son?" Dad asks me.

"What do you think." I growl. He sighs.

"I'm sorry about all of this..."

"Ehh it's not your fault, Dad."

"I know. But I feel the need to take the blame..." I shake my head.

"Well don't. Because it isn't your fault." He turns to look out the window. I face Matt.

"You were pretty close with Alice. Do you think she would just run away like that?" Matt shakes his head.

"No. I mean, what did you see? That night?"

"What, you mean the night I got shot?" I grimace. "I vaguely remember it. But she was being pulled away by that creep Harry. I knew he wasn't normal!" I sigh, angrily.

"I can't believe this. I helped too! What is wrong with me, helping her sneak out to a dance, that she would soon disappear from."

"It's not your fault. You didn't know. And besides, she was being forced, it looked like."

"I know. But if I had just listened to Dad, you and Jake..."

"Forget it. It wasn't your fault." Matt glares at me.

"Forget it?! My baby sister is missing and you want me to forget it?!" I shake my head.

"She's 16. She can fend for her own." My voice cracks. "You know, if we don't find her or something..." Matt's jaw clenches.

"Don't say that. We'll find her." And after that, the ship goes silent.

*Tetra*

"What are you doing out here all alone?" Anne comes up behind me.

"You know. You saw me run." I say, jaw tight, and eyes focused ahead, as I lean over the highrail. Anne leans over it next to me, gazing beyond the bridge.

"Well, I did, yes. And I do have some assumptions. But I wanted to talk to you about all this. About Harry, yes? Isn't he what all of this is about?"

"If you don't count the stupid human." I say bitterly. Anne shakes her head and makes a "tsk" noise.

"That's not the way to treat her. Just because she's a human, it doesn't mean she's stupid." I turn to her, my blood starting to boil.

"We can't trust humans! For all we know, they're planning a war! We have to keep our secret hidden, and other supernatural's secrets hidden too. We can't trust anyone! She could escape, and then it would be over for our kind."
Anne hakes her head.

"Tetra, you don't get it. Harry went to Earth like the way he is. Nothing happened then! Nothing bad is going to happen. Our kind is perfectly safe."
