Chapter 49

*Alice*

"Hey Alice! Come here!" I rush over to where Raven and Ivy are.

"What's up?" I ask them. The two goths have been a little bit nicer to me lately. I think we're even friends now. We hang out a lot. I mean, vampires are actually pretty cool. Once you get to know them, at least.

"Look. It's a bat star!" Raven says with joy. I roll my eyes.

"Anne won't want that on her tree." I point out.

"Ugh! Whatever. But I am so buying it!"

"Hey, what about this star?" Ivy offers.

"Fins gold." I say, frowning at the black star. She rolls her eyes.

"Fine."

We're having Christmas at our house, and we invited a few friends. Raven, Ivy, and me are supposed to buy the decorations. They don't exactly have Christmas here, so I have to be in charge.

"This one." I pull down a beautiful gold star."

"Not bad." Ivy comments. I beam.

"I know! It's perfect! Ok, let's get a tree and then check out!"

"Don't put it there! It's not an ornament! It's a star, so it goes on the top of the tree!"

"Sorry!" Mavis chirps. "You do it! It's too hard." She jumps down and stands next to Seth. I roll my eyes.

I take the pretty star in my hands and set it firmly on the top of the tree.

"Better." I say with a smile. Harry comes up behind me.

"Hey babe come down so I can kiss you." He winks. I jump down and rush over to him.

"I love you." I whisper.

"I love you too." He suddenly pulls me up the stairs with him.

"Um, Harry?"

"Yes love?"

"Where are we going?"

"Upstairs."

"What for? Everyone is down here..."

"To have some alone time. And some real fun this time." He smirks. Oh great...

We both lie in Harry's bed. Tomorrow is Christmas. Wow. Time flies.

"Wait till you see what I got you." Harry beams. I smile.

"Wait till you see what I got you." He smiles. He then leans over and kisses me on the lips. Then we both snuggle up to each other, and drift into a deep sleep.
