October

As soon as the sound of the footsteps grew faint, Frank exploded.

"I'm going to fucking kill him" He hopped all over the bed, completely flipping out. "He is not going to get away with this, that's for sure. We're going to get out of here, because I'm going to murder him." He growled loudly. "How could this fucking happen?"

I began to cry again.

"What are we going to do? How are we going to get out of here? How could you possible kill him?"

"There might be something around here that we could use as a weapon."

"Do you really think he'd be that stupid? He seems to have thought of everything."

He shot a hateful look in my direction. "I can always fucking hope, can't I?" His voice was filled with bitterness.

Dejected, I hung my head. "I'm sorry. I hope he did too. I just..." I didn't finish the sentence.

He hopped to the edge of the bed and looked around. "We've got to figure out a way to get this rope off."

"I know. My wrists are on fire."

He turned to look at me, as if it were the first time he'd seen me.

"Turn around," He ordered.

I did so slowly, not quite sure what it was that he wanted. "Holy shit," He said gravely. "That's way too damn tight. It looks like you're bleeding a little."

I looked at the rope on my feet. It didn't seem that thick. "I've got an idea."

"Let's hear it." He said

"I'm going to chew through the rope."

"Are you serious? Do you really think that will work?" he asked.

"Actually, I do. I have very sharp incisors."

"Like a vampire?"

I couldn't help but roll my eyes. "Yeah, like a vampire. Turn around."

He obeyed, sitting down on the edge of the bed. I laid down behind him and immediately went to work. It wasn't long before he started fidgeting, however, and the rope kept getting pulled out of my mouth. "Frank." He didn't answer, but jerked his hands again. "Frank!"

"What?"

"Hold still. You're making this impossible."

"Oh, sorry." He held them much stiller this time, but I could tell it took some effort for him. A small part of me laughed inside suddenly and wished I could call Julianne and tell her how close I was to Frank Iero's ass now. More helpless feelings washed over me as I continued to work on his rope. I fought to control them and continue with the task at hand. After what seemed like hours but couldn't have been, I'd chewed through the last strands and the rope sprung free.

"Thank you! God that feels so much better." He rubbed his wrists. "Okay, hold on. I'll have you out in two seconds." It seemed like it took just as long to fight with the rope with his hands as I had with my teeth. He finally got it undone and we both quickly untied our feet.

"He's recording all this shit. Let's turn it off." Frank jumped up and quickly hit the off button. We wandered around the room, looking for something heavy to hit him with, or an escape route, or something. The room we were in was small, about 15x15. There were no windows, so there was also no natural light. At least there was a bathroom. Thank God for small favors. The only things weapon worthy that they'd found was the chair he'd sat on, and maybe the camera. It's not like he wouldn't see those coming, though. In frustration, Frank pounded his hands on the walls while I sat down on the floor in front of the bed and stared at nothing. We were both silent for a very long time.
