(one day later)

Sky's POV

Where the heck did Dawn go?

He hadn't seen her all day, and it was already getting dark out. Jason also seemed to have disappeared. First Deadlox, now them? Sky was beginning to feel nervous and guilty. He had postponed Deadlox's rescue, and now Dawn and Jason were gone!

But it couldn't be his fault. He would wait a little longer, and see if they returned. What if they were just outside collecting wood or something? They couldn't have gone far, it's only been one day. What if they had returned already, and hadn't told him yet? He would go and check Dawn's room, and forgive her for yesterday.

He walked through the halls of his base, took a left turn, and arrived at Dawn's room. He knocked on the door, and there was no answer. She was probably still angry at him. He slowly pushed the door open, and it was empty. Too empty.

Her sword and armor were gone, along with her bow and half of her arrows. What was she doing? She couldn't have gone out to fight mobs, it was only turning dark out right now.

But then it struck him. Dawn was furious that he wouldn't go out to save Deadlox immediatly, so she went herself. Jason probably tried to stop her, but ended up going with her. Sky wished more than anything right now that he had been nicer to her and listened, because now she and his two best friends were gone.
