Chapter 6
( Monday )
Finns pov :
"Hey Sam." I said as I walked into the hall. "Hey man whats up? " He asked me. "So whats going on with you and Rachel?" I asked him. "Oh I'm taking her to homecoming. " He said. "Oh cool, so are you two like together now?" I asked him . "Well not yet but we'll see how Friday goes. " He said. "Right." I said a little jealous. "Look man I know you guys went through a lot so if you not okay with it then I won't go out with her." He told me . Say no Finn, say you're not okay with it . I thought . "You really like her huh?" I asked him. "I do." He said. "Then nothings stopping you. I'm going out with Missy anyway what do I care. " I said lying . He smiled and patted me on the shoulder. "Thanks man." He said. "Just promise me you won't hurt her she's been through a lot ." I said. "I won't I really like her. There's just something about her and I feel like everytime I'm around her I'm just going to say something stupid." He told me. I felt the exact same way. "I gotta go. " I said and left.

Rachels pov :
I was walking around the corner when I heard Finn talking to Sam. "Just promise me you won't hurt her she's been through a lot ." Finn said. "I won't I really like her. There's just something about her and I feel like everytime I'm around her I'm just going to say something stupid." Sam told him Finn got really quiet then said ,"I gotta go. " and left the opposite way of me . I stood there for a moment . Why didn't he fight for me ? Maybe he's really over me . I thought. I walked into glee club to see Finn on one side and Sam on the other. They both smiled and waved at me . I smiled nervously and sat in the middle between Santana and Quinn. "Okay guys so homecoming is this week and Principal Figgins wants the glee club to do songs this year again so does anyone have anything in mind?" Mr.Shuester asked us . "I do, but I need a partner , maybe Rachel would like to do it?" He asked me. I smiled and said, "Sure." I told him. He gave me the sheet of music and I smiled at him and we started :

Everyone clapped and then Sam and I hugged and he kissed me on the cheek . "Bravo ." Mr.Shue said. "You did a great job." I said to Sam . "Thats only because I was with you." He said. I blushed and sat down .
