Lena's POV

"Mummy, could we get some ice cream?" Keira asked. I'd just picked her up from school. She was in kindergarten now, a feat I couldn't quiet get over.

"Sure baby. I want some ice cream too." I said.

Keira had taken the transition well. She spent one week a month with Ashton and Calum, who had moved back to London when I left New York. I flew to New York, they flew to New York, and we traded off there. We did the same thing when she came back.

"Can I call daddy later?" She asked as we pulled into a Baskin Robbins.

"Sure, honey. Daddy and Daddy Cam would love to hear your voice." I said.

I took her inside and gave her an ice cream cone and got one of my own. As we were eating, Keira told me all about her day at school. It was the same as usual-she learned to count, got to play, and didn't want to help clean up after playing-and I listened intently. I loved listening to her, she was my world.

She would also be leaving for London tomorrow afternoon, so I was enjoying our last night together.

After ice cream we went to the park, and then home. She called and talked to Ashton and Calum while i made us dinner. then I spoke to Ashton about the plans for tomorrow. Keira and I would be boarding the plane to New York early tomorrow morning, and should be landing in NYC by noon. It was a seven hour flight.

After we ate I put Keira to bed, and then went to my own bedroom. I was dating someone, but we hadn't quiet graduated to staying at each other's houses. But this week, while Keira was gone, I planned to try. I hadn't asked him yet though. He was British, like my family, and he'd only just moved here from LA. To be completely honest, from the way he talked about it, California was a great place to live. He wanted move back, but was living here while they filmed a movie he was in. Like me, he was famous. But he did not sing. Like Justin, he was a good bit older than me. But he was mature and had never met my brother. He knew everything about my family, what had happened, even the things that Liam had lied about. He knew part of my story-the part about getting illegally adopted and becoming One Direction's Baby Sister-but he'd had no idea that Miley had kidnapped me. He'd had no idea that I had a twin brother-who I still couldn't get in touch with-or that Miley had kidnapped him too. He'd had no idea Harry had had anything to do with my wreck. He hadn't known about my memory loss-wed kept that out of the media-and he hadn't know a lot of other things that I found far too easy to spill. I trusted him. We'd been dating for six months now, but it really wasn't that serious yet. Emotionally, we were extremely close. But physically, not so much. We kissed, held hands, cuddled on the couch and watched movies, and sometimes took naps in the sunshine-it was always sunny here-but we'd never had sex. We'd never spent the night with each other. We hadn't talked about future plans and things like that. And I was okay with that. We didn't need to rush. But we didn't need to be unmoving either, so that's why I was going to suggest we sleep over together when I got back from New York.

I called him now, wanting to hear his voice before I went to sleep.

"Hello love." He said. His voice was so deep, it made my heart melt.

"Hey," I said. "I was just calling to say goodnight. I have to get up early tomorrow to take Keira."

He adored Keira. He often came and took her to the park if I was working and he had time off.

"Aw, I'm going to miss her." He said.

I smiled. "She'll be back in a week, don't worry." I said.

"Don't act like you're not worried." He said.

"Shut your face." I said, chuckling. He laughed at me and I could see him shaking his head at me.
