Chapter 11 Fears Alone

I walk out of my room down the hall to the stairs I start looking around not seeing anyone. I continue down the stairs. When I hear faint noises. I follow the noises. I open the door to the dinning room and everyone is standing around the table looking at me. I see, Alpha Nicholas, Caden, Kristy, and then a few others. But then I notice Alpha Kent, Josh, Lacy, Ella, Vic and Nathan. I look around at them.

"No! Please no!"

Then they start to laughing and making animal noises all of them. Lacy walks over to me "You will never be happy. You are so fat how could anyone ever love you. Your own mother couldn't stand looking at you, and now your mate is so disgusted just by looking at you, and now these poor people are stuck with you."

I look around the room. I realize no one is going to make it stop. I feel a pain in my chest, as Nathan walks up to me. "Why! Why did I have to get you as my mate? Why couldn't it of been Lacy or even Vic?"

I look up and see a disgusting look on there faces. I start to cry and they laugh even harder. I fall to the ground and wrap my arms around myself. "Please stop it, stop it, stop it"

Then I feel something soft and i open my eyes to see and i'm back in bed. I get up and look around still wiping the tears from my eyes. I look to see the time. It's only 3 in the morning. I climb out of bed and walk to the door, scared to open it. but I need to know if it was true. I walked out and straight to the dinning room. No one there. I look around and see no one.

I leaned against the wall and just hugged myself for what seem like forever.

I was starting to get hungry. So I made my way to the kitchen. i open the refrigerator door. Then I hear a voice behind me almost a wisper.

"What are you doing?"

I scream and jump up hitting the person right in the face with my head. I grab my head and he grabs his face.

"I'm so sorry! You scared me. Are you OK?"

"Yea I'm good."

I looked and realized

"Your Keegan, Kristy mate"

"Yea! I'm so sorry for scary you! Well actually I was trying to scare you just didn't think I would get bashed in the nose in the process."

I giggle "Well that's what you get then. I hope its broke!"

"I think it might be."

"What! Oh goddess I really didn't mean to I'm sorry"

He starts laughing "I'm just joking, you should of seen your face. Priceless!"

"Come here I'll show you 'priceless'." I step towards him. He backs up acting scared. He raises his hands in surrender "okay! okay! You win!"

"I'll always win!" I say with a smirk on my face

"Really is that a challenge?"

"I could so take you."

"Tomorrow then"

"Okay! Your on!" I said with a smirk

"Are you hungry? I'll can make you a sandwich if you want."

"Oh, no I'm fine"

Don't be silly. Sit." I just stand there looking at him. "Sit"

I walk over to sit down "I'm not a dog"

"Good Girl" I role my eyes at him

"Your such a brat. How does Kristy put up with you."

"She is a goddess, and sometime I wonder the same thing." We both laugh

It went quite but nice. I've never been so relaxed around someone. Even thou we just meet he feels like a brother I never had. He walks over and places a ham sandwich in front of me. Then walks around me and ruffles my hair.

"Really."

"Your worst then a brother."

"Oh, do you have any brothers or sisters?"

"No, I wish, then I might of at lease had someone."

"I never had a brother or sister ether, I'll pick on you like a brother would."

"Oh! Thanks!" I said rolling my eyes

"You would make a great little sis."

I couldn't help the shock on my face. "Really, you would be a great big brother too."

"Of corse I would."

I throw a little piece of bread at him. "I'm so kicking your butt tomorrow.

" We'll see!"

We sat there talking for about a hour til he said he needed to get some sleep if he was going to even stand a chance beating me.

"You don't stand a chance, so I wouldn't even worry about it." I said with a smirk. He got up and took our plates to the sink. "Come on little sis I'll walk you to your room." I smile at the name and started to get up. When he ruffles my hair again. And takes off laughing. I let out a low growl "Keegan" I took off after him up the stairs. Then I notice him standing by a door way. I walked over and seen Caden standing there with no shirt on. My mouth dropped at how hot he was. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. A til of course, Keegan had to say "You can close your mouth now." I look at him then at Caden, he had an amused look. I can feel my face get redder then it as ever been. I started to back away, horrified. Keegan put his arm around me. "It's okay I've caught Kristy the same way." Caden looks at Keegan

"Leave her alone, Keegan if she wants to look I'm okay with it."

"Oh my! I've got to go." I try to hurry in my room, but fumbled with the door. I got inside and closed my door. Then I could hear my wolf laughing 'are you laugh at me' I ask her.

Just as I sit on my bed there's a knock on my door, I hear Caden "Are you okay?"

Oh shit! I said to my self. My wolf telling me to let him in. 'No'

"Yea I'm fine." I wait to see if he goes away or not, but I can hear him on the other side of the door still. I ask my wolf 'Why is he just standings there?' 'He wants to come in.' Just as I start to open the door I hear him walk away. I take a deep breath and lay down. My wolfs back, 'Yea I'm back, by the look of things you need me.'

'You left me, You left me alone.'

'I'm so sorry! I won't leave you again.'

I closed my eyes and far into a deep sleep, finally not feeling lone.
